Failed after 1 year of use.
I bought this faucet right before Covid which prevented me from getting it installed and so it sat in my garage. A year ago I finally had it installed and it has already failed flooding the area under my sink. It is made of cheap plastic which is what failed causing it to leak. Moen has lost a customer.

TOTALLY SHOT
Moen is known as a good name in bathroom and kitchen faucets; this is why we bought one of their products. This particular faucet cost $176, so not cheap by any means. We've had it for less than a year and it is broken. We are well into week #2 of water leaking (heavily) from the top of the faucet, underneath the faucet as well as from the deck of the faucet. This happened a week prior to Christmas (most inconvenient as we have had family visiting the entire time.) Not having water available in the kitchen sink is difficult but we're making do with using our bathroom sink, filling gallon jugs of water and taking them to the kitchen sink. We thankfully, have a dishwasher that works....what a mess it would be if we didn't have one. No plumbers are available to help us out but we were told by a couple that did call us back, given the description of the leaks, that the faucet needs to be replaced. Troubleshooting has been done. Calling Moen has been done (still waiting for a call back) and basically, we are done trying to deal with it. It's unfortunate that what's known to be a quality company has been a big let down for us. Our new upgraded touchless faucet is on its way (big bucks for that one) and will have to get a plumber in to take out the broken Moen and install our new one......All compounded by another unfortunate situation with all of our local plumbers booked out, solid. It could be worse but what a way to start the holiday season.

Very clean kitchen faucet
I bought this to replace a Delta faucet that was very disappointing. Up until now we have been a Delta household, but after several recent disappointments, no more. This faucet has only been installed for a couple of weeks, but so far we absolutely love it. We think the extra money for the stainless unit was well worth it. The faucet was easy to install and has a very clean appearance that perfectly matches our stainless appliances. As mentioned in other reviews, the spray wand is plastic rather than stainless steel, but appears to be well- built and matches perfectly. We found none of the reduced flow problems mentioned in other reviews. I would, however, make a few suggestions for installation. First, if you are installing it on a three-hole sink, make sure the “front” marked on the gasket insert on the base is facing toward the sink. Otherwise it won’t work. Also make sure the gasket is clicked securely into the base. Second, it really helps to have someone else holding the faucet in position while you are tightening it from underneath. There is only one nut and the plastic extension wrench that comes with the unit is fantastic and makes installation super easy. Third, the spray unit has a quick connect coupling. Make certain that it is pushed in until it clicks and then gently pull back on it to make sure it’s engaged. And, don’t forget to put the weight on the hose BEFORE you connect it. If I have any criticism at all, and it is very minor, is that the top of the faucet is flat. While very attractive, it does collect a few drops of water if you turn the faucet off with wet hands. Having a rag close by makes this a minor issue.

Nice Looking Faucet
This is a nice looking faucet. I don't have the space for one of the newer style large arcing faucets. This one still looks good and fits in my space near a windowsill nicely. The sprayer part is a bit light (plastic?), but I think given it is a Moen, it will be durable. My only complaint is the water pressure seems less than my old faucet except when it is in sprayer mode. Overall, recommend if you need a space saving faucet.

I did not need the whole faucet
My faucet was leaking very badly and I thought I needed a whole new one. I bought the entire faucet only to find out the inside just needed to be tightened. I threw the box away now I can't return it. My bad.

Great finish, good quality
If your gonna spend the money on a tap, your best bet is to look at moen, they have a great lifetime warranty, and their product is well built. I will say i have noticed that the material thickness of their taps have decreased. They dont seem to be as well built as they were 20 years ago. So thats why i took a star off. This tap although has a great material finish, the components feel a tad light for my liking.

Update your kitchen
We ordered this tap to go with our new Yutong sink. They work wonderfully AND they look great together. We like Moen products and also have them in our bathrooms. We appreciated the quick delivery too.

Lasted about a year
We had bought Moen faucets in the past and were always satisfied with the quality. Considering the brand and the price, I expected it to be more sturdy. After about a year of average everyday use, the faucet started to leak, out of the blue and for no apparent reason. Our new faucet is not Moen, it seems their quality is no longer what it was before.
