I love Moen products!
You might spend a bit more for Moen but it's worth it to me to support an American made product. I'm happy with the style I chose. all of my bathroom features are Moen.

Great replacement and easy to install
Our facet broke and was looking for replacement. This is exactly same as our previous faucet...instructions are good and took me 30 min to replace the faucet.

Faulty Aerator but Moen came through!
I purchased three of these Fossetts for my bathrooms and they are very attractive. I had to match the chrome that was used throughout my house. All of the boxes were sealed and contained all of the appropriate parts, unlike some companies! The only problem was a faulty aerator but I emailed Moen and in less than 24 hours, they replied and have ordered a new part to be sent to me at no cost, and even offered a 75% coupon. Now THAT is customer service!

Poor quality
For $170 should not have the green lime build-up along the seams of the faucet that are do to poor Moen quality of product. Will replace but not with Moen product.

Superior Faucet At A Great Price!
A really great faucet -- good price, attractive design, super-smooth operation, very complete kit, and actually rather easy to install. The Moen product is my first choice for plumbing fixtures and this single handle faucet is absolutely top quality. We just moved into a new home that came with Delta oil-rubbed bronze fixtures throughout the house (not our taste). I did quite a bit of research on our options and was able to check out the Moen Brantford collection at the local plumbing supply. We saved a bunch purchasing on Amazon. After installing 5 of these one-handle faucets in our bathrooms (2 with double sinks), along with changing out all of the other plumbing fixtures to Moen, I can attest to the ease of installation and the completeness of the entire kit I received -- for about $140 each with free shipping on Amazon. With some solid DIY skills, the right tools, a few basic plumbing supplies, and perhaps some guidance from youtube.com videos, most handy folks should be able to do a first rate installation with minimal grief. My wife and I are really pleased with the look and easy operation of this terrific faucet.

Attractive and nice handle
Love how the faucet looks and functions. Connecting the drain pull to the drain stopper lever can be awkward. Those parts may not match up at all, or may not join well resulting in awkward drain stopper control. Go the a plumbing supply company and buy an adapter for $20. Otherwise, the comfort and style of these faucets is so nice!

Sloppy craftsmanship that Moen says is "normal".
I purchased this faucet for part of a massive remodel of my home. I purchased several other Moen Brantford series faucets for kitchen and bathroom. This is the only single handled faucet I bought. This is the issue: The faucet has a seam that runs the length of the curved "exit" portion (I have not idea what the technical term would be). On my faucet, the upper portion is offset back about 1/8" and to the side just a bit, but noticeable, giving the faucet an obvious "under bite". It looks like very sloppy craftsmanship. I contacted Moen, sent them a photo of my faucet, and they immediately sent a replacement - with the same defect, but not as extreme. I called Moen again and they said all of the 6600 faucets look like that. I was able to find only one picture on line of a 6600 at an angle that allows you to see the alignment of the upper and lower portions, and that photo shows a perfect alignment. I suggested to the Moen rep that I spoke to that they look into the manufacturing of this model. For this price it should not look so sloppy. All of the other Brantford series faucets I purchased are quite nice.

Typical Excellent Moen faucet
Smooth action and a beautiful satin nickel finish. Moen is the only brand of faucets I use in my home. Life time warranty with excellent consumer support. Well worth the price.
