This small part can save you a lot of money!

I have a 16 years old Moen kitten faucet. The original spout aerator got clogged. In addition after removing it I noticed that the plastic insert has few cracks in it. First I call Moen customer service. They told me that the model I have Moen 87315 C Integra Single Handle Pull Out Kitchen Faucet has aerator built in and is not removable. The only option is to replace pull out spout wand for $63.00 plus $7.00 shipping. The very next day I decided to do some research on You Tube and found a video “ Low Water Pressure/ Flow Kitchen Faucet-Easy Fix”. Next I went on Amazon and found the part. Takes only few minutes to install, It fits perfectly!

Moen Model Number: 7560 Extensa Kitchen Faucet with Pullout Spray: Fits Perfectly!

Finally, the spraying of water all over the sink is done!! And all you need is 2 minutes and an adjustable crescent wrench to replace it. Not sure which side of the spring (small or large) should facing the aerator (and maybe it doesn't matter?) but it works for me. Yay!

Easy Fix for Broken Aerator

Turned in our kitchen sink and the aerator blew apart. My wife thought we would need a whole new faucet. I saw that the aerator could unscrew and be replaced. The faucet was a Moen. A quick search for Moen kitchen faucet and I was able to find the part number I needed. Searched for it at Lowes and Home Depot but could not find it. I searched Amazon and they had the part. I ordered it an it arrived the next day around noon. One minute to replace and the faucet is working great.

It's a replacement Moen aerator for a kitchen sink pull-out sprayer. The photo is WRONG.

Picture is COMPLETELY wrong. I have no idea what the item is in the picture. But the item IS what is listed, a Moen 101257 aerator kit for a pullout sprayer in your kitchen. I had a small crack in a plastic part in my sprayer that caused the spray pattern to jut out to the side a little bit. Didnt want to replace the entire faucet. I bought a $3 few aerators locally that were 'universal' fit, but none fit the Moen properly. So i searched online and found the part number at Moen and then found it for sale here on Amazon. Exact fit for my faucet, and glad to pay a few more bucks to get the correct fitting one and,of course the better quality of Moen.

then you are fine, but for those that go after the picture

This is not the full head for a Moen spout if you need it. If you know what an aerator kit is, then you are fine, but for those that go after the picture; it comes with only the inside insert for the center spout, the rubber band to hold in place and a metal piece that i'm not sure what it's for inside. My Moen didn't need that metal piece. The rubber band and spout was the piece I really needed and it worked great!! Exactly the pieces I needed to repair a broken rubber band to hold the piece in place.

This aerator is designed differently than the one that came with the faucet but it's a perfect fit.

The round middle part in the pull out wand of our old Moen kitchen faucet was worn out, causing water to spray to the side instead of having one stream of water. This aerator is designed differently than the one that came with the faucet but it's a perfect fit.
