Relief

Using these for the second time now. These are essential after having a child. They can be used as a pad but they bulge out of your underwear. So not the best option for absorption imo. I would say they last about 30 minutes.

Great Postpartum

These pads were fantastic for postpartum recovery and much cheaper than some other name brands. Very easy to open, cold, absorbent and stayed in placed.

Postpartum must!

If you had a baby you need this for postpartum care. If you no longer need it for postpartum care they are perfect ice packs for clumsy people

Thank me later

After using these in the hospital after giving birth (and taking all the extras) I knew I needed to buy some. These worked so well. The ice effect lasts for 15 minutes but the absorbency all day long. Great price for the amount you get. All new birth givers need this!

Decent alternative to FridaMom ones

I had the Frida mom ones and I had ran out. We bought these in hope that they would be similar and they were! Definitely was not as comfy and Frida ones, but for the price it was worth it!

Amazing

Reviewing these super late but they were a life saver during my postpartum especially while nursing a tear the pain was excruciating these helped alot and were a lot cheaper than the frida mom Ice packs plus there’s more in a pack! Preparing to order these for my other little one due in June.

Skip the trendy ones, go with these!

Absolutely loved having these after I had my son. Used about a box and a half and loved them! Cold but not too cold that it’s freezing. Truthfully I loved just sitting on them, it was cold enough to penetrate my clothes and my diaper ???? 10/10

It’s ok

I haven’t used it on myself yet, I just snapped one to see how it worked. The pack was a bit difficult to snap, simply bending it in half didn’t work, I had to manipulate it for a few minutes to get the water to release and start cooling down. The pad didn’t get really really cold, which I suppose is a good thing given the nature of where it’s sitting, and the chill lasted around three hours — I wish it lasted longer. The pads are individually wrapped and come loose in a nondescript shipping box. I don’t know if it’s just the nature of the pad or because I had to fuss with it for awhile to get the water pack to break, but the fabric mesh started to shed and break down. I will definitely be putting another pad on top of it and use it for a cooling purposes only.

BUY THEM!!

So I didn’t realize when I ordered these that I was going to be getting a GIANT box FULL of these things. FTM here so I didn’t know what I was in for. But YES YES YES. Buy them. Worth it and I’ll be ordering again when the next time comes around.

Not cold.

These don’t get very cold at all! Make your own. They’ll be colder & last longer, & you can add aloe or witch hazel or whatever, and freeze them and they’ll actually be cold and effective. These would maybe feel nice on your forehead while pushing, but offer no relief postpartum! They’re literally just below body temperature. Not cold!

Great for postpartum

I tried the name brand marketed for new moms, and while they are also great - they were expensive. This box of 24, for the cost, is ESSENTIAL for postpartum recovery. These get super cold, are easy to activate, super absorbent - I love these the first few weeks after delivery.

Did not get cold or stay cold as expected.

the "crack" feature to release the cold worked ok but the pads do not get cold enough for perineum post surgery comfort. a plain old gel pack in the freezer worked much better. To get more use I tried putting them in the fridge (not freezer) to chill them down but that didn't work either. Expensive failure.
