Not like TikTok

So I bought this after seeing it on TikTok and it really covers well better than most however is a powder and dose need to be reapplied and will have a cracking look as if you are wearing foundation especially if you have oily skin. Putting it over foundation it really pops but I got this bc I was tired of wearing foundation bc my skin is sensitive. With that said it dose work just needs to be reapplied throughout the day and doesn’t break me out. For a more “foundation” look I suggest putting it on with a beauty blender. Over all it’s worth it

Great product

I really enjoy this product. Finding it local has been impossible. It has great coverage and lasts all day. Only “downside”.. it’s shipped in a box without bubble wrap and the product itself gets cracked and damaged in the container.

Best powder ever!

I’m so glad I found this powder, but I guess I’m not the only one. All the stores are always sold out of the color I need, so I’ve resorted to ordering from Amazon. But, this stuff covers like a liquid, but it’s a powder. It stays on well, and blends flawlessly.

I think it’s hard to buy foundation on the internet unless you know what color you need any ways but this one definitely turned me more orange but I loved the coverage

Very light and not oily to face

Love this product! I’ve been looking a powder that is good for my face. Tried many foundation powder. And this is the best for me. It hides my dark spot, does not give me oily face and looks natural on my face. It gives you a glow. Love this!

Heavy Handed Application Looks Strange

I am pretty "iffy" on this product. The first time I used it I think I applied it too heavy and it looked a bit like a mask plus the color of the powder made my teeth look darker. It was so light it didn't even match my neck and I have very fair skin. I'm starting to think I should have ordered one shade darker. Definitely don't be heavy-handed with this product because it can look weird. I applied it lighter another time and it's okay but not my favorite. I do really love the original Superstay powder and would probably recommend that over this.

Works!!

I suffer from acne scars, rosacea, redness, acne and hate wearing foundation to cover as it makes me feel like I’m painting my face, and I feel makes my face look horrible after I wear foundation! BUT.. I ordered this powder foundation and OMG, the result is AMAZING!! Definitely the best purchase I’ve made this year! And I just put it on no moisturizer no primer just put it on dry and it covered EVERYTHING!!

Doesnt live up to the hype

I went with the same color I wear in the Maybelline matte and poreless liquid foundation, that was a huge mistake, the colors are not the same (oddly enough I had the opposite problem of everyone else - the color is way too light). It also didn't seem to matter what I used to apply this with or how I prepped my skin, it was streaky or almost looked like it was separating, it clung to any subtle patch, pore or line on my face. My skin is oily/combination, it didn't stay matte for any longer than it would have with other powders I use. I gave it 2 stars because it definitely is full coverage, but comes with a heavy feel on the face because of that, not a fan.

Will arrive broken

Like many other buyers, compact came broken with product all through the box. No protective wrapping at all. Powder is no better than cheaper brands, and formula is NOT as good as their 16hr wear. Colours are not the same as 16hr formula so don’t order your normal shade. It will be darker. Wouldn’t order unless it was being shipped with lots of items giving it at least a chance of being ok. Hey Amazon, how about fragile markers on shipping boxes with breakable items??

Best powder ever

Once you get your correct color match, this powder is the best foundation I have ever tried. Minimal transfer and creasing, truly buildable coverage depending on how you apply it (damp beauty blender for full coverage). Honestly anyone who gives it less than 5 stars either hasn’t got the right color match or hasn’t played around with application technique. With a brush, it’s a little patchy as it doesn’t “blend” that well if trying to apply it super thin like a setting powder. This is a powder foundation, not a setting powder! I bought a few colors off of just my best visual match and they were wrong for me, but the color match thing through the maybelline website where it uses your camera to match you was 100% on for me. I should have done that before ordering the wrong colors the first time! I do wish Maybelline listed if the color was warm, cool, neutral etc, instead of just numbers.
