Yes, They Work as Screws
Not too much to review here but the one thing I really did not like is they came in a sealed envelope that besides the screws was full of dirt. So much so that the clear side - the other side being opaque white - was also so dirty that you could not see what was in the packet. Doesn't affect the usability/quality of the product but as for presentation they get a "0"

The missing screw ... size!
These are perfect for the two little holes in my Tilta Camera Cage for Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 4K/6K. The main hole sizes are Multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 , but I was looking for a screw to fit two tiny holes near the front of the handle, so I could attach a mic mount that came off my old Panasonic DVX100b . Fits perfectly now that I know I needed a size M3.5 screw.

couldn't find locally
I couldn't find a local source for screws of this size, needed for attaching feet to my 32" TV. Screws arrived promptly and worked as desired. Only needed three screws, and doubt that I'll have a use for this size screw in the future but they're now included in my assortment of metric screws.

screws for Sako scope rings
These were bought for use in an original Sako scope ring. Since the heads are too wide, I put masking tape around the threads so I wouldn't ruin them and then spun them in a drill while I held the file squarely against the screw head until they were filed to the right size. Then I cold blued them so they wouldn't rust and installed them. Worked great and it was easy to tighten them sufficiently. Actually easier to tighten than the original.
