Great carry on

I purchased this to go along with another travel bag I had received in this set. It is the perfect size for a weekend getaway. Lightweight, easy to roll along.

Overhead carryon fits even regional planes

I took this 20 inch carryon to Mexico. It fit in the overhead compartments, even the regional carrier. Wheels worked well. Complaint: the handle is fairly flimsy compared to other luggage I use. The handle clicked in position without an issue in the fully extended position but iffy in the lower one. Would be much better if the handle was sturdier in design even if it added a little to the overall weight.

Thought this would be a winner

Thought this suitcase would be great for my purposes since I am not flying. It's really difficult to roll due to the front sticks out farther than the wheels and falls over all the time. Maybe the wheels could be bigger. The material snags really easy and picks up dirt fairly easy. No problems with zippers or size. Expected more from London Fog.

They did not send the color I ordered. Disappointed but I kept anyway because the set seemed well made

Got a different color

The media could not be loaded. So I ordered a slate bronze color luggage set and got this color. Not sure what to do next. I really don’t want to go and return the whole set as I’ve a travel date coming soon and it’s just a hassle for me. Other than the color, everything else is good. Good quality. But I’m disappointed with the different color issue.

Arrived damaged.

Very disappointed, as I can’t use the bag. It arrived out of the box coming apart near the zipper seam (one of the worst places). The bag looked unused but quality control could use work. Stay away.

Not the right colour

I ordered the Rose colour and got blue :( Really nice luggage and well made though.
