This was recommended to me by my physical therapist as part of my ORIF surgery recovery - and they do work great. The elastic is thicker than some of the other brands (like Theraband) and the cuffs are more padded. That padding is appreciated by my poor ankle. Resistance bands are one of the few ways for me to try and strengthen my sideways motion and these are pretty good for that. Seemingly durable so far!

Broke After Usage

Product broke after 4 months. Used as suggested 2-3x per week as a warm up doing monster walks and lateral walks for 4 months.

Just get them!

I needed something to do besides go to the refrigerator while on quarantine so this is perfect for me to get some exercise instead of eating while on quarantine. If you want to get back in shape while on quarantine this is what you need!

Works great in the physical therapy world to strengthen your hip abductors (lateral stabilizers). Awesome with athletes, tactile forces, and crossfit.

Do not buy

Another band I had from Amazon broke after two years. I should have purchased the same product but instead tried to save a little $ and purchased this one. First, this one is not made correctly; it rubs horrific blisters into my legs unless I wear two pairs of thick socks. Second - it broke just two months after purchasing. ???? Live and learn. Going back to the brand I had before.
