Nice soap dispenser but some small issues to be aware of

Ordered this Kraus KSD-80SFS Soap Dispenser after buying a different (more modern style) Kraus dispenser and wanting something with a bit less modern look. After receiving the KSD-80SFS, decided to return it - here's why: 1) The above counter portion is actually bigger than it appears in pictures - not crazy big by any means but slightly bigger than your average soap dispenser - not the look we were going for. 2) My faucet is a Hansgrohe (silver optik finish which is sorts of a shiny smooth but stainless look). While most Stainless Steel soap dispensers I've seen are close enough to match the Hansgrohe, the KSD-80SFS was a very light stainless silver (almost raw brushed stainless look) and not as protected/coated as perhaps the newer refrigerators being made tend to look. Ended up returning this dispenser and buying the matching Hansgrohe for $20 more - it's worth it to just get a match and avoid the hassle of installing and returning things that don't match. The Kraus dispensers seem good quality but you really have to find one that matches the style of your faucet (didn't think it matter but it does). Also, I wish the Kraus came with an undersink long soap hose with check valve like so may are not coming with - its a pin to refill the under-counter bottle they provide.

Leaks

Love the look of this soap dispenser, however after dispensing soap, it continues to leak into the sink long after use. This is enough of an annoyance, that I may end up returning.

Fell apart after 6 months

First impressions were: Nice looking soap pump, worked ok, had to pump a few times to get soap to come out, but not bad. However, I went to wash my hands today and pumped about 10 times, with no soap coming out. Started filling it up, but ran out of soap in my refill bottle. Put the pump back in, figuring I'd wash my hands and then go find another bottle. Still nothing coming out. So I looked under the sink to take the bottle off and fill it that way and maybe test the pump where I could see what was happening in the bottle. But the bottle wasn't there. It was (luckily) standing upright in the back of the cupboard, with the threaded part sheared right off. Mindblowing how poorly made the bottle is. Guess I'll have to see if I can find another bottle that fits, or buy a whole new pump from another company and hope it's better.

Plastic bottle neck broke after a couple of months

After just 2 or 3 months using it, the neck of the plastic bottle simply broke, I guess under the weight of the soap. When the bottle broke off, the soap was spilled all over my under sink making a mess. There was no impact on the bottle at all, it's under the sink so there is no way to hit it by accident, it simply split in two pieces as shown in the picture. Disappointing for a product that I thought was of good quality.

This drip leaks. There is constantly a blue splash of dish soap in my brand new sink.

Viene incompleto

No lo voy a poder usar, ya que llegó incompleto. Faltó la parte "d" que es la tuerca que aprieta el dispensador.
