This is a nice little handy tool, just make sure that the edges are completely sealed after cutting with this before cooking the ravioli, I had that problem and much of my hard work was ruined.

Very happy

I recently made homemade ravioli and this helped with precise cutting and sealing of the dough. First time and none of the ravioli came unsealed while boiling which was one of my main concerns!

Can't make ravioli without this

I hand make my ravioli and this gadget is indispensable. Feels very comfortable in the grip, roller is smooth and the 2 roller/cutters are precision.

A gift for my daughter!

This is part of a set of pasta making I gave my daughter. As a gift one isn’t always sure if it’s ok, but she loved the whole set, so I think I got it right!

Small

I didn't expect that the small size would make using this hard. The cutting feature is worthless imho, I only kept this tool, because it's the only zig-zag wheeled pastry cutter I have, but I have a large pizza cutter for straight lines. Regardless, the price was cheap when I bought this. If you just want to use it a few times or on occasion, this isn't bad, but if you plan to use it more often, get a larger wheeled zig-zag pastry cutter, also take a look at pastry crimpers, depending on how thin the dough you want to use is.
