Really well made, versatile pot

Perfect small size for small jobs that compliments our big 28 liter French pot. This is lighter weight and easier to handle, but just as thick and heat-retaining. The bottom has curved inside edges for easier cleaning. The enamel is exceptionally non-stick and easy to clean. It's become my go-to pot for cooking egg whites on the stovetop to supplement protein for our dog. Just Pam spray, heat pot, pour 1 or 2 cups egg whites, cover & simmer until set and firm. Lift edges with a flexible spatula and slide out like an omelet! Dice it and add to meat, fish, and legumes for dog food. It works great for deep frying small meals for two. It'll become a double loaf bread pan. Small stews etc are perfect. The lid fits perfectly, not warped at all. The enamel has not chipped at all, inside or out, like some reviewers complained about. I think they just handle it rough. It's not a campfire pot. For being so inexpensive, I'm impressed with the high quality. Should have bought this sooner.

One SWEET pot!

Been cooking a lot with cast iron. I wanted an enameled cast iron dutch oven for dishes like chili. I gathered my chili recipe ingredients and had them waiting for this new dutch oven to arrive. This is a beautiful piece of quality cookware, perfectly finished. It worked wonderfully with my chili recipe. I would definitely buy again.

Super happy with this!

I needed a smaller, easier to handle Dutch oven for bread baking and this fits the bill perfectly! Super easy to clean, heavy enough to provide the perfect environment for bread, and yet I can actually lift it out of the oven without worrying about dropping it. I would buy this again and again!

Enamel inside cracked at first use

At my first use of this Dutch Oven the Enamel developed small cracks all over the bottom of the pot. The cracks were big enough for food residue to seep in and even after cleaning the pot, at my next use, the food reside was seeping back out. I will NOT recommend that you buy this Dutch Oven.
