Beautiful and functional!

Beautiful vintage-inspired faucet to match my NBI Drainboard vintage-inspired sink! (SB2436) The only thing I don’t like is that the faucet is not centered over the drain. We (temporarily) also changed out the valves on the handles so you have to turn them up to turn on the water. I don’t have my dishwasher installed yet, and I noticed when I was washing dishes many times my larger pots and pans would bump the handle and turn the water on. We also had a difficult time finding the correct parts to hook the faucet up with the water lines. We are DIYers, so we had no clue what we were supposed to buy. All the literature assumes you have what you need or you are hiring a plumber. All in all though it is a beautiful and well-made faucet and it gets lots of compliments.

Can’t stop leaking!

I love the vintage look BUT water leaks out of the swivel (sprays out) and this has been a repeated issue even though leaks have been repaired. I’m giving up and looking for a well known brand that hopefully doesn’t leak.

Heavy duty

Very elegant and heavy duty! Looks perfect with my new remodel. I went with brass on all my knobs so wasn't wanting stainless steal faucet looks perfect

Beautiful quality

Beautiful, heavy weight, very classy. Unfortunately,I had to return because the spout was way to long for my vintage cast iron sink. I didn't take my sink dimensions into consideration when ordering. I sent it back for another shorter spout Kingston brass fixture.

Poor quality faucet

Bought one of these and installed it, less than a year later leaked heavily at the swivel. Nothing fits to stop it and custom service had no parts or help. Bought another one and a year later same scenario. No O ring will fit it, poor construction and leases worse after putting in new O rings. Do not buy, very poor., I threw them both away and bought a more mainstream brand.

Well constructed, works fine, picture not the same as product.

I ordered the all black faucet and when i arrived, it came with the black faucet but chrome handles. Doesn't affect the function, but for the price, such errors shouldnt happen. Sending back incovenient. Works fine but disappointed.
