Looks great, cross handles work oddly

Faucet looks great. Been looking for an antique brass faucet to replace a worn out one for years. Found this and am very happy with the look and installation. Only warning is the cross handles turn the opposite of what I would expect. Had it installed for a few weeks and still getting used to it.

missing parts

Although it was sold as 'like new' there were some parts missing that my plumber had to supply. I think I could have installed the faucet myself IF the parts and instruction book had been in the box. Contacting Kohler also did not help and the instructions were not on any on-line platform I could find. It is a beautiful faucet though. Guess I should have sprung for the full-price one.

Third times a charm

Like it but first one was scratched and second one had a bent pipe at like a 45 degree angle. Amazon replaced it thankfully. The neck on the faucet seems to swivel. Not sure ifvgg th that is part of the design. I want it fixed in place and not sure if they can be done.
