Gives off lots of light.

Used this over our kitchen sink. Looks very nice and gives us a lot of light.

Poor Construction - Don't Buy

Terrible product. The product has threaded "nuts" that are supposed to go over the light socket portion in order to hold the glass sconce on. Every one of these nuts were cracked - some full length cracks. The cracks only got worse if you tried to use them. Without them the sconce would fall off. Not even my licensed installer could salvage the thing. He said soon the heat from use would just cause them to completely give out and the glass would just fall out of the piece onto the floor (and break). In the end, he would not warranty his work when the product was so defective. He advised I send the whole thing back. Which I am planning to do.

These are a great match to the Kichler Hendrik vanity light fixtures.

I don't see a lot of track light fixture options out there. So when I decided to replace both the vanity and track lights in our bathroom, I ended up choosing the Kichler Hendrik design since I like them (of course), but every bit as important, bacause they offer matching vanity and track lights. The install is straight forward, even if it requires a little common sense mechanical aptitude to determine which way the spacers and threaded rings get installed. And there's a super nifty tool included that makes tightening the threaded rings a breeze. After I installed the halogen light bulbs, I noticed three of the four were not centered in the middle of the light covers. No problem. I just removed the light bulbs, loosened the ring to take advantage of the little bit of play the light fixture allows around the base of the light cover, and made adjustments to center each bulb. I have each light facing straight forward, but the fixture allows a lot of range for moving the lights up and down and around from side to side as well. This fixture is a great match for the 5 light oil rubbed Kichler Hendrick vanity light that I also installed. I used 50 watt equivalent halogen bulbs in this track light, and found them to be so much brighter than my original 2-bulb track light fixture that I put this fixture on a dimmer. I could probably just use 35 watt equilalent bulbs, but having the extra brightness when it comes time to clean is definitly a plus. Very happy with this purchase.
