Beautiful fountain for small spaces and easy installation.

Replacement bulb assembly nowhere to be found

I liked this for a while, although I didn’t get much “water noise” from it. After a couple years, some of the color came off, indicating perhaps this was painted stone (?), most importantly the LED bulb started going bad. I found that there is an ASSEMBLY p/n for this replacement in my paperwork,, p/n LTAS2001, but I can’t this part…anywhere. If I knew how to remove the bulb from the cord, I could likely replace the bulb, but I don’t see any instructions for that and it is not obvious from looking at the assembly. I’m afraid of damaging the assembly. The link to “seller” is bad. This part number is not found with a Google search. Kenroy Home search did not return any results. Sure could use some help. Currently laying on a bed waiting for a solution. Too much $$$ to just toss and replace the whole thing.

Buyer Beware! **UPDATE**

At first look, I'm thinking great! It feels heavy. The accessories seem reliable. The assembly was easy. But then I placed in some water and turned it on... so disappointing. The fountain began to spill water all over my table! Upon closer inspection, I began to see the shoddy craftsmanship that held this thing together. I'm giving them a second chance and ordering a replacement. Will update. **UPDATE** The new fountain was delivered to me promptly. The fountain works and makes for a beautiful conversation piece. Issues exist but can be remedied by thoroughly inspecting the fountain when received and monitoring it during first time use.

nice item for bedroom ambiance

its a great waterfall, i put 4 stars because there are 2 things im not fond of about this item. #1 i have to keep putting water every so often i dont know why otherwise you hear the filter so loud and #2 the rocks and water smell like the sea and that makes the smell not so pleasant. does anybody know how i can stop this sea smell? otherwise its a very classy item to buy. $150? i would say a little less but still a good item.

Disappointed with the product received versus what was advertised

The colors in the add did not match the product received. The received product was a dull grey and brownish tan. The top and bottom were brown, not copper in color. Not anything like the picture in the add. The water does not cover the entire slab and it splashes over the bottom tray. There is no user friendly fill level. It’s a label on the inside of the back. Could be a simple clear tube with a float inside. There is a switch for the light, but no switch for the water pump. Would not recommend it.

Nice Look

I love the look of the fountain. It was really easy to assemble. However, there is no on/off switch for the pump. You must plug in outlet to turn on and remove from outlet to turn off. When turning off/unplugging you get a splash of water from fountain so keep a towel handy.
