Good price

Liked the color and the blink on the dress

Much larger than expected

I’m not sure but I feel like this was way to big. No where near what I expected. I actually felt uncomfortable it was so big. I an 126 and 5 ft 9 and usuawear a medium. I could have worn a small/xs in this. It felt like a nightgown rather than a dress. It was soft and it felt lightweight but was just sized smaller than it actually was. It was definitely not flattering in the size too big.

Satisfied with dress

I am 5’2”. 36 bust. I bought size 6 petite. It fits very well. The length was perfect, it’s a little below the ankles, with shoes it will be just right.

Elegant, simple beautiful. I love J Kara gowns!

Beadwork is beautiful. Overall the gown is gorgeous and very well made. Worth every penny and more! The blue was not available in 8P, so I bought the 8. That was a mistake. The 8 is about 2 .5 in. longer from the shoulders to the waist. I know this because I bought the black in 8P and measured it to the blue. This makes sense, since a petite size will accommodate a shorter frame. As I said with the black dress review, I am about 5ft. 2 in. tall. Measurements are 35, 31, 38, about 117 lbs. Being older, I have a little stomach, that will not be gone before my son's wedding. I never know what size to buy. This is why I am giving you my measurements. Surprised, but I will still have to hem the petite gown, but the dress fits in the body. Don't be afraid to buy and return. Amazon makes it easy. I was afraid, as I never bought anything expensive on line before. Just take very good care of the purchase.

THIS DRESS IS JUST AMAZING!

I bought this "Mother of the Groom" dress, in the black/white version, and I couldn't be more thrilled! It is just perfect! The beading is stunning, and I love the cap sleeves. I read the reviews, and did go a size up, but had to return that one and made an exchange for the smaller (Size 10) size. I'm 5'5" and the length was exactly where I wanted it to fall -- just above the ankle, and even with a kitten heel shoe, it is just right. Sizing is always tricky when you order online -- I think this fits true to size. I took advantage of the Prime "Try Before You Buy" feature (1st time I did that) and for a formal dress like this, that was a nice option.

Beautiful dress

Beautiful dress. Fit well. Unfortunately it was slightly wrong shade of green. I was trying to match jewelry. This was no fault of the dress however. Much prettier than the pictures.

Finally something that fits my Petite short torso!!!

Love it!!!! Petite 4’ 11” . Always run into issues finding a good fit and my torso is more on the shorter side too. Dreading the process — I was shocked and surprised! Fit was great! Hate clothes shopping but thank you to J Kara for focusing on petites!!!
