Update: The GPD estimate was spot on. I calculated a 799.4 GPD actual performance, being incredibly close to the 800 GPD performance stated. If the water was sitting there for a while like more than 5 hours, I found that running it for 24-27 seconds brings the water back down to regular TDS levels, common among an RO system. Once those annoying "dust plugs" were removed it was a pretty great experience. Those colored rings have to be held in place tightly during plug removal on the red and blue plugs. The white one was normal and came out without an issue. Talked to customer service rep Nick, seems like a pretty good guy he gave me some advice about how to remove those plug. It took multiple pliers but I did eventually get them out of the ports which was very last thing I needed to do after that it was up running ready to quickly. It's been taking out about 96-98 of the stuff that's in the water. Not too bad. If you are looking at an under the sink option, get this. Seriously though. Really, if you do not need any bells and whistles but just want really good and clean water, get this one! Also the filters/membranes time-frames replacements and prices are quite competitive compared to some others I've looked at. Get this if you want fast RO at a [currently] good price OLD review: Dust plugs stuck inside the drinking port and waste port which blocks installation. I will update once this issue has been resolved

This filter system works great and is easy to install

Our house is connected to a well that is measuring 5ppm on the iron test and the water will stain our fixtures within about 3 to 4 days of normal use. When we first built here our well tested in the 1 to 2 ppm iron content but has increased to 5ppm over the years. I now use iSpring FP150 50 micron filter in filter position 1 to catch the big stuff and then have the WCFM500K as filter position 2 to remove the iron and manganese and then have the FC25b 20”x4.5” CTO carbon filter in filter position 3 to polish off other impurities before entering the house. At the kitchen sink I have added the iSpring RO800G tankless reverse osmosis system to have good, clean cooking and drinking water. I installed all of this myself and really glad I have chosen the tankless system to use under the kitchen sink. It was very easy to connect and it takes about the same amount of room as a regular computer tower. I will post before and after water test results at a later date but this system has been in use now for about ten days and we now have NO red stains at all and iron measures 0 ppm now and the water tastes absolutely better that any water I have ever had. I have friends and neighbors that have other types and brands of water systems on the homes but after about 6 months of research of all of the brands and ways to correct my water issues I chose to go with iSpring because of the quality and reputation. I did narrow my choices down to three different companies and at that point I called each company to get a feel on the quality of help available. That test showed without a doubt that iSpring would be the best company to deal with. I did talk to Don a couple of times and he was quick to answer the questions I had before and after purchasing my setup.

Great customer service from iSpring

I received the RO800 osmosis water filtration system as promised. It fit easily underneath the kitchen counter sink. The system is well designed and slick looking. The faucet comes in a brush finish so I called iSpring customer service to get it exchanged for a polish chrome finish. I received remarkable customer service form Nick at iSpring and will be receiving a polish chrome faucet.

Best Osmosis System I've Ever Bought

I was really excited about this one. I've had other iSpring systems in the past, but this one looked much easier to install and maintain, with fewer filters. The only issue I had was the vanity plate didn't fit right, but I reached out to iSpring and Nick sent me a new faucet quickly. Got it installed and it works great! I would recommend this to anyone. Thanks Nick!

Works as expected. Doesn’t have as good of taste as the ispring 6 stage RO system with the tank which I’m assuming is from the lack of a re-mineralization filter but overall it’s been a great purchase.

Impressive Product

Once installed this is a pretty impressive product. The water tastes good and the flow is very fast ... much faster than other RO systems I've seen. I used my TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) meter and found that the RO had a reading of 34 (compare to 272 for tap water). I did have a problem with the install. There are dust plugs in the RO Out and Waste water holes that have a large flair and are brittle. I had trouble getting them out. Fortunately Nick from customer service helped me out and sent replacement parts quickly. The best way to contact them is via the Amazon support link.

Great product and great company

We've had a traditional tanked RO system for years, and always enjoyed the water it produced. Unfortunately, we had a bit of a flood event and had to replace all of our cabinetry and kitchen. Wanted a system that made great water, and taking up less under sink space would be a bonus. Selected this model originally because of the black faucet (matched the new kitchen), but am very happy that I did. It makes great water and flows very well! The company even called me up personally to follow up and see if I was happy with the product and if I had any questions. (I am and I did not). Great product and great company, and based in the USA! Very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend.

Has been working perfectly for 9 months

I'd never heard of this company, but on a whim we decided to try it as our previous system (different brand) was becoming clunky. Well, let me tell ya, this tankless system works beautifully. The water comes out fast, and I love that there is a clear light indicator right around the tap attachment that will let me know very obviously when it's time to change a filter. We use this pretty excessively (household of 5-7 depending on whether the college kids are home or not) and we haven't had to change any filters yet. The set up was also easy and did not take long at all. Absolutely love that it's tankless and wastes so much less water!

Works great.

I order this and it works great. In my original review I noted I couldn't order it in black to match my tap. The company contacted me, unsolicited, and offered to send me a black tap. It came promptly, easy to install now it looks great and tastes great. I think that was amazing service. I'd give this company a 6 stars if I could. My original review ....The only thing that would make this perfect is if I could have ordered it to have the tap in black to match my facets in the kitchen. The water tastes great, our local water has a strong chlorine and mineral/dirty taste this filter removes all that unwanted flavor. I find I'm drinking more tap water now which is great for my health. I would recommend this product.
