Difference is actually shocking

I have researched filters for almost a year. Called and spoke with Nick at Ispring. Customer service was excellent. Don't call without a "Real water test" because that will just delay you getting your needed filter. I emailed my test to Nick, and he had the correct system with the correct filters for my needs (Well Water). I added the WSP-50 pre filter as well. Install could not have been easier in part thanks to pex and shark bites. My water was somewhat hard, some iron and a Sulphur smell. I did not want a softner. We are shocked at the results. No smell, looks and tastes like mountain spring water, kids will drink it right out of faucet. Showers and baths are amazing. I believe I could have spent triple the money and not had any better results. Ispring is the way to go, just get on the phone with Nick, tell him what you are after and get it coming. Super happy customer!!

Came back to purchase a THIRD Unit!

Why have I had to buy three because that is how many places I have installed them in. We own a restaurant which operates on a well and department of health required water filters. After doing a two stage, my water sample came back that the iron&manganese levels were outside the DOH acceptable guidelines. DOH said I would need an iron and manganese filter. I found these ispring water filters and they were approved by DOH. After installing them in the restaurant, and passing our water test, we knew we needed them in our home. We installed them there (purchase two). What sold me even more is when we had a freeze up this winter, I reached out to customer service to get individual replacement parts. I spoke with JOHN and he was amazing to deal with. His level of customer service was MORE than expected from a company, and showed me that they are clearly a company which stands behind their product. Now we have moved and I came here looking to buy a third ispring filtration system for the new place. As I’m browsing the filtration system and realizing I’m a repeat 3 time buyer, and I have not left a review, I decided I had to; and there is no way this system doesn’t deserve a 5 star review! Way to iSpring and thank you John!

The customer service went above and beyond

I recently installed this water filter system and immediately noticed a difference in my to water as well as my RO system. The instructions that came with it were very detailed and made the installation a smooth process. I noticed after I had installed the filters that I had a small leak from the housing where the water goes between the filters. Speaking with Sean in customer service and he helped me solve the problem! He was very prompt in his replies and very nice. Once the new system comes in and it is swapped out I’ll be able to update further, so far 5/5 minus the leak lol

Overall very good

Overall I am happy with the product. I did have a leak on my first unit and the company replaced it for free (Amazon return window had closed, contacted iSpring directly). The parts are not heavy individually, but combined and when full of water, it is very heavy! I would not install this on plasterboard, even on a joist. I built a wooden frame to hang it from, supported from the floor. Concrete or brick should be ok, but I’m surprised there are only 2 holes in the mounting unit. Installation was ok, parts for 1 inch are more expensive than I anticipated, e.g. for isolation from the mains, and the threaded inlet/outlet is plastic and not as deep as I would like to get a good deal. Lastly, a bit disappointed there is no pressure relief for filter change, so had to incorporate one in the piping to/from the unit. I have not yet had to change the filters, but I am expecting it to be a bit of a PITA.

Great Filters, Great Customer Service (Thank you Nick!)

Early Nov 2022 our water softener went out. Just prior to that, the softener had been on the brink but each time I was able to get it re-started. We are on a private well and knowing that we were going to be faced with replacing the water softener or transition to a no-salt solution we decided to go for a no-salt solution. I began my search and came across the iSpring solutions and found reviews were very favorable. After some time watching a series of videos and reading manuals on the different types of filters to understand each water filtering specifications I decided on the following iSpring Whole-House filters ; - iSpring WSP (spin-down) 200 Micron - iSpring WSP (spin-down) 50 Micron - iSpring WGB32BM 3 stage filtering - Sediment, CTO Carbon, and Iron & Manganese - iSpring WDS150K Scale prohibitor - iSpring UVF55FS Ultraviolet light Being a handyman, installation of the filters and the UV light was easy. After a few weeks we started seeing some yellowing in the shower and sinks. I called iSpring Support and discussed our situation with Nick. To help me determine the correct next steps Nick recommended I get my water tested if I hadn’t done so already….and so I did (and should have done so from the very beginning - it’s always good to test your well water on a periodic basis). After receiving the test results I sent them to Nick. He reviewed the water testing results and determined we had a high concentration of sediment and recommended I add one additional sediment filter AND that he would send me a new set of 3-stage filters. I added the additional sediment filter, and replaced the 3-stage filters from Nick and our yellowing disappeared. Thank you Nick!! I recommend iSpring filters whether you go the no-salt path OR use a water softener.

First impressions...

I have only just received the unit and while attempting to install, I cross threaded the plastic threads on the unit. Be very careful when installing the fittings... The entire unit is very heavy duty. One call to support at 123Filter and a replacement part is on the way. Nick in support was awesome to deal with and made the process pain-free. This a company that stands behind their product - what more can I say!

Fixed out water problem.

We have had a three-filter system for four years. Our main problem was iron and manganese. We use two iron/manganese filters and one sediment filter. It works like a charm! Filters are getting more expensive (moreso here in Canada), so this might be a factor in our decision to continue with this system or to go with a 'back wash' system at a later date. Other than the increasing cost of filters, I HIGHLY recommend iSpring.

Great product, great customer service

This was my second purchase from Ispring. I have the 50micron spin down filter and the whole house filter system installed on my well water. The water is now clean and clear and does not have anymore metallic smell. The I like this system because it leaves the minerals in my water while removing what I want removed. It was also very easy to install. I am a plumber, but it would be easy enough for any DIYer. I needed an extra part for the system and Sean sent one to me promptly. Their customer service is great.

Works on hard, high iron & manganese, high TDS well water; great customer service too

I’ve held off writing this review until the system has proven itself. I have been through a few attempts with Richard from iSpring helping me out along the way; and in June I finally installed this specific 3-stage set of filters. Our well water is problematic, and feeds two houses. One house uses this filter set, the other house uses a 5 micron filter, and a softener with iron reducing chemicals. This filter set has proven itself to be far better than what I have on the other house - on the same water. I’ve had the water tested, and it’s very hard, with high TDS, and high iron / manganese - which makes it difficult to treat reliably. At first I had an issue with a premature failure of an iron/manganese filter - so I wasn’t convinced. Richard kindly offered this full set, which I was dubious about. In retrospect I now suspect that the initial 5 micron filter wasn’t sealed perfectly, and so dirty water was reaching the iron/manganese filter - which fouled it prematurely. You have to be very careful to install these centrally in your housing. Once installed properly, our water has been crystal clear and tastes so much better than the other house - for nearly 8 months now with one filter set. I’m hoping to get 18 months out of them based on our water usage, so we’ll see - but even at 8 months I’m happy. I suspect some of the negative reviews are caused by improper installation or water with other contaminants that this filtration set isn’t suitable for. Get your water tested before choosing.

This product is second to none in water filteration

There is nothing to dislike in the product and product support. The Indian filters claim they are 5 microns. They are big cheats, only after using you will know. While using ISpring filters, use it with ISpring housing. You will see crystal clear water that you will wonder at the technology behind it, that is ISpring a hi tech company with a mindboggling range of products and they are also into IT but that is a sister concern
