Tight on the top

They are soft and then tight on the top. would have been better if they were made like the tweed socks (the tweed socks are rough, if they were just acrylic, the tweed would have been great ). Fit is great, then they made it so it is tight one inch on the top. So disappointed.

Ugh. So disappointed.

I thought these were knee socks but they are crew socks. I would think "boot socks" would mean that they are knee socks. They fall down - no elastic. Though I like the argyle, the inside of the sock looks terrible, showing all the thread ends. (See photo). Just poor quality. I should have send them back, but I've worn one of the pair. They are stretched, too cottony, and disposable. Disappointing.

Just one flaw

The socks are soft and warm and beautiful. They also come up nice and high on the ankle. However, the seam that runs across the toes is poorly enforced, so one of the socks developed a small hole that I had to mend on the very first wearing.

I really always look for darker green socks which are hard to come by and these are perfect, soft, and fit well.
