pretty darn good ceiling fan.

Move a good amount air when asked kindly to do so. My only grip is the light lid. The picture directions should be a but lore soecific on how tonconnect the lid firnthe light. If you dknt have the four tiny bolt flush against the plate , when turned off the led liidnwill glow orsnge. Iness gona fix but we kind of like aost as a nite light. i don't do pics through nosy ass amazon btw.

Not dimmable LED

This is a stylish and inexpensive fan, but my one complaint is that it's not dimmable, not even connected to a separate dimmer switch. The built-in LED isn't compatible. Otherwise, it's a nice fan. On sale, it's reasonably comparable to hardware store basics (though the ones I've purchased elsewhere will dim). On this one, I traded light functionality for a little more style. Overall, I'm happy with it.

I like how it looks, but...

A few things disappointed me about this fan. The light wood side had more of a muted kind of pale tone to the color. Just bland compared to the picture in the description. There are spots on the blades where the dark wood side is painted over the edge too much and those imperfections bother me. Installing it was a HUGE pain in the butt when it came to fitting in the remote receiver, and each plate and section were a pain to fit together/line up. My husband normally takes 40 minutes to install a ceiling fan, this one took 2 hours. After installing, we turned on the light and the fan after some trouble shooting and playing around with the reverse switch... The fan is not silent, it isn't as noisy as our old one but does have a noticeable hum. The light is SUPER bright despite reviews I read that it was not bright enough. So now we are returning the pain in the butt remote receiver we got, and will purchase a dimmable remote then have to reinstall it in the bracket all over again. So overall, the looks are nice just a little bummed about the blade color, and hopefully when the light is dimmable it won't blind us and we can actually use the light. Total pain to install! I expected better from this brand.

I'm still giving it 5 stars. I don't care what other people posted.

First off. This fan can be a MAJOR pain to install. That being said, the extra time it takes for the installation is well worth it. Have patience; it'll be rewarded. For the installation, the guide isn't of much use. You have to use a bit of common sense, and ensure that you have the right tools. Beyond the installation that everyone talks about in their negative reviews, it's a fantastic fan. I have installed multiple fans in a second home, and they're well balanced. They give off a good amount of light, but I wouldn't use on to properly light an entire room. Lastly? Extremely quiet. Let me address this last point to you if you're considering a purchase of this fan. If you connect it up to a switch that has a dimmer, the fan will emit a humming noise. Change the switch, and you'll never hear the fan. Many of the bad reviews of this fan are by people who may not have realized this. Otherwise, balance the fan with the weights that came with it or spray a bit of WD-40 on the motor. All problems solved. I can't recommend a better bargain for a high quality fan. I only paid about $110 for each one at the time of my purchase.

I bought 3 of these ceiling fans for a house we are remodeling but somehow, accidentally, they ended up getting put in the house that we are living in instead. Now I have to order 3 more because of this horrible, big mix up. Someone needs a good talking too!! And a raise cuz these fans are wonderful! The master bedroom, living room and kitchen all got one and now the air conditioner runs much less. And the lights are so much brighter especially in the kitchen which really needed it. I think we raised the value of THIS house!!

Muy satisfecha con la compra

Funciona bien, es súper silencioso, tanto que escuchamos los aviones de la nueva ruta del aeropuerto de la Ciudad de México ????. Es bonito, no desentona con la decoración. No tiene control remoto pero utilizamos un apagador de pared, uno para las hélices y otro para la luz. Lo instaló un electricista y, como no teníamos salida en el centro de la habitación, tuvimos que ranurar y resanar el techo. Pero valió la pena.
