Better than an older Homedics massager

3 things improved from an older model 1. The cord is 1 piece, no longer a 2 piece. The old 2 piece cords frequently unplugged. 2. No time limit. The old massager auto depowers after 10 minutes. 3. It has a flap over the webbing. If the webbing tears, the flap is still there to keep the knobs from rubbing bare skin. A couple times, the unit would not power on. I'm guessing if it's on too long, it will shut off for a while.

It works! Relief in a short time.

The massager is a little stiff but if you position your head right it really does relax the stiff muscles in your neck. If you have had a hard day use this for relief in a short time. It even adds heat if you wish or use the heat setting by its self. Wow !! What a relief!

Not reliable

This product quit working in 2 days. I had been using it for about 10 minutes when it quit rotating. I need to change my review. I guess it overheated and cut off. It started working again. It works well on lower back

I love this one more than the more expensive ones!

This is the best one I have yet!! I have had the $150 strap one and it wasn’t as nice & easy as this cheaper one. It’s an American company also. & Yes. This massager is just as strong as the bigger $150 one with shoulder straps. & This fits easier under my neck, back or leg.

Disappointing

No change of direction, motion is completely repetitive. Requires constant physical change of positioning while using to avoid the repetition becoming painful.

Demasiado duro

Los brazos del masaje son demasiado duros y no se puede elegir la velocidad, sólo la temperatura. Debo poner una cobija entre ellos y mi espalda para tolerarlo. Sin embargo, el masaje es muy efectivo. El material afelpado atrae mucha basura.
