Nice spring clamps but too small for me

Too small, I only need slightly smaller than 5/8” hoses. Maybe 1/2”? The color is different from pic too.

Spring clamp size chart - Made in USA

On the box: Hillman 59732 spring action hose clamps 3/8" Made in USA UPC 008236890020 In the box: 20 hose clamps, painted black steel This is a box of small painted steel spring action hose or tubing clamps, also known as constant tension clamps. If you went to your local hardware store where they have the Hillman bins with the assortments of nuts, bolts, screws and fasteners these clamps would be one of those boxes. I was very frustrated at the sizing of these clamps as it was difficult to find the actual min/max dimensions (these clamps have a very small size range as they only expand about .07-.10"). I bought an assortment and this is what I measured them at: 59732 - 3/8" size - .31-.38" 59733 - 7/16" size - .39-.47" 59734 - 1/2" size - .45-.53" 59735 - 9/16" size - .52-.62" 59736 - 5/8" size - .57-.67" Fully open these clamps go slightly out of round, I measured on the small side. If you are placing the clamps over a barbed fitting make allowance for the extra hose expansion at the barb, you may have to go a size up. Hope this is helpful.

Pricey

I use them on 3/8” silicone food grade tubing. They provide just about the perfect amount of clamping force to seal things up without deforming the tubing which is pretty soft.

Garbage

Bend up horribly when fitted over 3/8 tube. Scrap about half. Junk.

Again, although I purchased these and they were too small for my project, they are a well constructed, very useful product. I will hold on to them, because I'm sure I'll have a need for them in the future. I do a lot of automotive DIY.

real cheap metal, they crack so easy I wont trust these clamps on a car, maybe around the yard/house for low pressure applications
