Best Trims

These are worth the extra cost compared to the other baffle trims. It has a flat lip and is completely sealed so you can look up and not see the silver halo cans. Easy to install and matches my ceiling white well.

Good solution if you have no access above recessed lighting

Bought this due to no access to the attic space above recessed lights that were spilling cold air. Immediately noticeable difference in sealing out cold air coming down from the can (our prior trim did not extend to the top half of the can; this goes right to the top and the socket fits in the opening of the cone). Takes a minute to install. The trim ring is not as glossy/attractive as our old one (has a duller finish) and the bottom ring is slightly smaller in diameter, but with far better prevention of cold air coming out of the recessed lights I much prefer this.

Qhestionable "air tight" but non the less a definite step up from basic can lights

Units appear to be ok. One arrived slightly bent but was easily bent back to shape. As mentioned in other descriptions, the trim ring is made of very light aluminum and can be easily manhandled. I found the installation to be a breeze lasting only minutes for each light. NOTE: the gasket for the trim ring is not included so I suggest simply using some latex caulking.

Baffle review

Looks great, well made. Could not find anything like it locally. I wish that I had seen this before purchasing other similar products.
