Glass was broken, so we returned it.

I wasn’t offered a replacement which I was hoping for, but the refund at least was nice to have.

Great product and company

I loved the product, it was easy to install and looks great. I wish I could say everything went smooth, but I cannot. When the item arrived one of the very fragile glass globes was compeltly broken. This was a mystery to me becuase everything in the box was packed to prevent such things, I actually felt like it was over packed with all the styroform, plastic and tape, until i opened the glass. I emailed the company's customer support and informed them of the problem, sent late in the evening, however early the next morning I recieved a response, to my surprise, asking for some more information and product indentification. I sent the requested information back right away, and within an hour I get another response to inform me that a replaement would be shipped out to me at no charge and apologizing for any incoveiene. I have nothing but a great expereince and things to say about this product and it's manufaturer!! Thank you, Thank you!!

Decent

For the price it’s a decent set. However it didn’t Come with all the parts. All of the towel bars, toilet paper holder and such don’t have the brackets to be able to put them up. I have attempted to contact the company with no results Update I was able to call the company and get the parts that were missing to hang everything . They were fast and it was very hassle free!

This turned out really nice in our remodeled bathroom. Great value for the money. Install was easy. Looks great! It comes with one robe hook…we need three (one for each child). Unfortunately the matching hook is not sold separately so I will have to find something similar to match - which is a little hard for my Type-A personality! Overall would recommend!

Attractive but larger than they look online

The glass domes are bigger than they looked online and so a little disappointing once installed because my bathroom is very small. However they are attractive. I suggest you purchase the 60 watt bulbs though as the 40 watts are not bright enough in the bathroom.

Bought 4 of these specific fixtures for our house. Within 6 months they all are flickering and burning out bulbs like crazy, doesnt mattee what brand of bulbs cheap or expensive they all start flickering. Can't get them replaced cuz it's past the return date. They were installed a professional electrician so
