worst product support ever

My husband and I are doing a major bath renovations. I saw the Ginger line of product on line and thought they would look well with my design. We received them they looked nice but when we went to install we could not get the plate with the screw holes off so we could install. We called the manufacturer directly and were given the worst customer service ever they basically told us to return it. I had already thrown the box away so that didn't seem to be and option. She told my husband that he just needed to use more pressure to twist it off. At over 140$ i really thought I would get a better product and better support . I would never buy from Ginger again.

Beautiful Holder

This Toilet Tissue Holder is beautiful. The polished chrome is elegant looking. Very easy to install. The London Terrace collection by Ginger is quality and beauty. Ordered towel bars and robe hooks to match. Definitely would order again.

This particular line looks much like the Moen Kingsley line and will mess nicely with the faucets and towel shelf. Very pretty and much nicer than what I had before.

Beautiful & Well Engineered

We put one of these in the half bath today. I couldn't be more pleased.It is very high quality, well engineered and looks great. Installation was very easy and the screw on brass escutcheons hide the mounting screws for a very attractive result.
