Works after you are finally able to connect it

With my Samsung S21 Ultra I could not get the Cync app to work. The problem is that the only way to connect the bulbs is to use the app. Luckily I had a tablet that was able to set the connection and from there the Cync skill in Alexa found them almost immediately and all is working now. That experience was good for a 2.5 rating, but the customer support was surprisingly helpful over chat to diagnose a solution if not the exact problem so I'm bumping the rating back up a bit. Side note: The S21 Ultra is the WORST so-called "flagship" device I have ever owned. Connectivity is a persistent problem and apps are unstable and glitchy. Run away from it.

They look great!

Was looking for dimmable lightbulbs for a decorative light and these were perfect! App very easy to use. My only problem with these lights is that the app automatically logs out at times (usually at the least convenient times) and it doesn't have the Face ID built into it yet. Would love the ability to either stay logged in or be able to log in easier.

Some kind of Amazing

I have an older home with a little chandelier in the hallway, controlled by three light switches. I didn't think there would be a way to ever control this fixture remotely. I replaced the bulbs with Cync bulbs, added them to the Cync app on my phone, and put them in the same group. Now Alexa can turn the lights on and off, and dim or brighten them. Modern technology is amazing!

I love these lightbulbs! I use a remote with mine, but they work perfectly with an alexa too! I have now switched all the lightbulbs in my room to these!

Wifi connectivity fails

These candelabra base bulbs disappeared from my wifi after a few weeks. I tried everything imaginable to connect them. My Cync bulbs with standard medium bases work flawlessly.

I would not buy again

I have 24 Cync lights and they are definitely a pain at least. Very sensitive and not very reliable. I would not buy them again but since I invested what I did in them am going to keep trying to see if they stabilize. Not a solid product with their Cync App or Google Home.
