Nice little recessed roller.

I didn’t install in a wall so I didn’t need the spring. It wasn’t hard to install. As you screw into the bracket it brings it in tight and clamps onto the wall (or in my case the vanity). I have such a small space. It looks really nice. My wife thought it was going to be whack but she loves it. The spring in the actual roller is poor quality. Sticks when trying to compress to put back in the roller. But it’s a guest bath we won’t have to do it so often. You could always buy another one of those from somewhere.

Perfect for our small powder room!

Exactly what we were looking for to save a few inches in an already-cramped powder room. I gave 4 starts instead of 5 because the screws are shiny (very noticeable) silver, and not matte black to match the fixture. We will try to solve that with a sharpie, and hope for the best. They’re behind the roll of tissue, so only really visible as the roll gets low, but still bothersome to see so glaringly as you sit and take care of business.....

Almost perfect

Great product but the detail was not there. It’s a black toilet paper holder and they had silver screws which meant that I had to spray paint them black so that they didn’t stand out. Such a small little detail but so important

Made in China, plastic roll holder

Looks nice, but I was disappointed it had a plastic roll holder and it’s made in China (not mentioned in the description). There were similar toilet paper holders available that looked much nicer than this one and were less expensive, but I went with this one thinking it would be better quality since the price was higher. Can’t judge a product by it’s price! Too much trouble to exchange so I kept it. It fits large toilet paper rolls but it’s so tight it doesn’t roll easily.

Caution! Supplied install bracket ma u not work for home

The enclosed installation instructions make 0 sense. Who has a wall behind a wall? #3 of directions after cutting a 5 1/4" x 5 1/4" hole in the wall. " position clamp and spring assembly inside wall opening so that the spring pressure against inside of rear wall pushes arms of clamp against inside of front wall.??? With a pic that shows a wall inside of a wall

Great product

Overall a great product. Looks very nice in our bathroom, has a matte finish that I was looking for. Only qualm is that the screws are bright silver instead of black, so we painted them so as to not stick out. But pleased!

Close but misses the mark

Great finish and colour in an otherwise hard to find piece of hardware. Like the metal construction of the box - don't like the plastic roll holder. Also, the main box comes in its nice matte black finish, but black screws are not provided, only chrome ones that stick out like a sore thumb. Major fail there.
