Shepherd proof!!

I bought a Chuckit at Petsmart and Xara chewed up that ball in a heartbeat. I bought another ball and she did the same. After buying these I have been using two of them for fetch and she hasn't even made a dent on either. I HIGHLY recommend it.

My dog thinks they rock

Bought these strictly for ammunition for my dogs’ chuckit toy . Use each ball for a couple of days until they become slobber coated mud balls and then I donate them to the dog park for other pups to enjoy. They have a softer composition so sheps or bully breeds will tear them to pieces pretty quickly. Works fine for my whippet though!

Splits in half

Although my dogs love any tennis ball, these are not durable enough. When my dog chews them during fetch they split apart.

Great bargain for dogs who love balls, but only supervised play

OMG... just opening the package got my little dachshund excited! I don't know what it was, because he'd never seen a bag of balls and these hadnt previously been in any pup's mouth for scent. But both he and another dog were trying to knock me over for them. They were in heaven when I up-ended the bag raining balls on the ground. Yes, all at once. It was awesome! The balls are a little smaller than regular tennis balls, fitting perfectly into my Chuck-It wand. And being unpressurized they are more squishy in a larger dogs mouth. But they didnt burst in my sister's Am Staff's mouth. (Of course that dog can run with a tomato in her mouth and not leave a mark!) And they don't puncture when my doxie grabs onto the ball fiercely not releasing it. However, I had to give these 4 stars because you need to monitor the dogs with the ball. They get fuzzy easier than more expensive ones, and any dog who likes pulling fuzz of toys will make short work of it. The picture is a ball that had 45 minutes of backyard throwing, and of less than 3 hours indoor "ownership". It was my dachshund that did the damage. Hes not a chewer, but loves to pull fuzz. I'll probably get these again, because it's a good deal, and because I have sturdier balls to swap for indoor obsession.

Dog may destroy

This review is for someone looking to play fetch with their dog - not tennis players ... my 42 pound golden labradoodle was out of his mind when I opened this bag of balls. It was like the ball was a drug. He keeps it in his mouth and squeezes it in his jaws over and over again when he is not reluctantly relinquishing it for me to throw it for him. Eventually the ball does break in half inside, but the fabric stays intact. In the photo I am showing how I can squeeze it yet there is not a break in the fabric. Once broken it does not bounce and he loses interest. If I allowed him as many balls as he could take he would need one per day (that is about how long a ball lasts before it breaks). I have yellow Penn balls and did a test outside to see if one excited him more than the other, or if he could see one better. There seemed to be no difference. But the Penn balls don't break in half. But he also cannot squeeze them in his jaws repeatedly - which I think he enjoys and helps him blow off some steam.

Pretty great, not good for dogs.

I ordered a bag of these balls as an economical solution to have tennis balls around to play street hockey with and to throw to my Springer Spaniel. In the past, cheap tennis balls I have used were hard, bounced unevenly and you could feel a seam through the covering. My dog could destroy them in seconds. These Gamma balls are fairly soft and bounce well, great for street hockey. The dog was able to break his first ball in less than 5 minutes, I was hoping they would last a bit longer than that. To have a bunch of pretty decent tennis balls around these are good, they are not great for dogs (at least in my case).

quality not as good

not a very good quality, dog popped them very easily, going back to the pink PENN tennis balls that she can't pop. I wanted to try these but they are not nearly as good, but you get what you pay for.

Nice Balls

I actually didn't buy these to play Tennis. I bought them for my dog and she loves them. They lasted SO long and she could barely destroy them, unlike all previous Tennis balls I've purchased in the past.

Just keep in mind these are practice balls.

Although these are practice balls, found that they punctured easily. And just keep in mind the colour of your court. Purchased blue to locate easier but then forgot the courts in certain communities are painted blue.
