Helps prevent shoulder muscle pain

This has been a huge help in improving my posture as I've been getting very tense shoulders as I spend all day unknowingly hunched forward since I work a desk job and stare at a computer all day. It is a little hard to put on (had to ask my friend to put it on the first time) but it's comfortable enough to wear all day. Would use this in combination with a massage gun!

NOT Unisex - Extremely Small

Do not let the description deceive you. This definitely does not fit on the typical male body. I have a similar build to the man in the photo yet this was way too small. I will say that the quality of it is really nice! If you have a petite build, I’m sure it would be great.

Not bad. Had this item for months now and been wearing it regularly throughout work outs and randomly as well throughout my day haven’t had any problems. Happy purchase.

likely too small for many

The straps on this item are too short for bigger folks. I'm 6'0" and 190 lbs and not huge across the chest. When I put this on one of two things happen: either the strap comes undone and slips out of the holder (meaning I have to take it all off and re-insert the straps) or I have to really strain to reach around and get a hold of the strap and work to get it unattached from the velcro, which seems to be exacerbating the problem (upper back soreness) that I bought this thing for. If they made the straps just 4 or 5 inches longer it would probably be fine, and for smaller folks it probably is, but if you're medium or bigger it's going to be a stretch (literally) to get it on.

Poor fit

It is more for a woman or a small frame man. I have a 40" chest and this item is very difficult to put on and adjust.

Flaw

To me there is a flaw in the design of this posture corrector & others like it. I have to tighten it up pretty much to get the results I need. When you tighten it up, it rides up in the back. It needs some type of strap that comes around the waist to keep it from riding up.

Did didn't Restore Posture Corrector

Thought it would be a great item to restore correct posture at an older age. It was easy to put on and adjust to fit. The issue was that after it was secured and in place, it felt no difference from without it. It was returned to Amazon.
