Excellent build quality and design, easy to use, full-featured oven
The build quality of this oven is excellent. cooks quickly, efficiently and evenly, with great-tasting results. i especially like the level of control: you can select upper, lower or both heating elements, and can also select high or low fan speed, all independently. Selecting cooking settings requires very few actions, unlike some ovens where you have to cycle through many presets to get what you want. Light illuminates interior very well, shutoff switch when door is opened (unlike some other ovens), and very convenient crumb tray on the bottom that can be slid out with the oven door closed. i contacted the manufacturer's customer service to get an additional rack: they were very responsive and helpful and sent it out quickly. A nice change from dealing with many manufacturers these days. i use this oven on a daily basis. Highly recommended.

Happy with purchase
First air fryer arrived with dents to side and back. Requested replacement with no issues. Made pizza per directions. Directions could be easier to understand. Pizza crust came out crisp with hot toppings and melted cheese and was delicious. It states that outside of unit can get hot during use and it gets extremely hot to touch. I could see that it might cause an issue to surrounding countertop or cabinets as directions say to have 4 inches clear around air fryer. Right now I am happy with purchase.

Great product!
Works great. Directions that it comes with could be a lot better! outside does get hot. My first airfryer and I couldn’t be happier. Still use this and I couldn’t be happier! Multi functional and I use it for everything! Have had it for over 2 years and would buy again!

My air fryer
Like the air fryer but it comes with very little instructions. When cooking. The lock for door doesn’t work. It gets hot on outside. Don’t recommend for people with small children.

Best kitchen appliance
This is honestly the best appliance in my kitchen. It does EVERYTHING…air fry, toast, bake, rotisserize, heat I very rarely ever use my stove anymore. And the food is juicier and more flavorful
