Great company to order from but the "genuine factory part" sucks.

So, I had a ER UO error code on my Frigidaire pld4375rfco dishwasher. I looked into it and found out it was the vent fan assembly so I ordered it. It arrived early which was great, BUT, it does not fit properly. The FACTORY "Genuine replacement part" does not fit properly!!! It is a really easy fix (I am not that handy and I did it in an hour after watching a few youtube videos) but the threading is too loose. It is really much like twisting a jar lid on a jar (a quarter turn) but the "lid" is too loose! So if you are replacing the part and leave it "as it is supposed to be" it will simply rattle off on the first wash and then you will have to fix it again. The old one fits together snug but the FACTORY new part does not fit the old "lid" and they do not give you a new one with the part. The way to make it work though is to silicone it in place with some waterproof silicone. I put it on the new part and the old "lid" and now it is staying in place. So basically this part sucks and is expensive, 1/5th of the price of the dishwasher, but it does fix the dishwasher. The error code is gone and the dishwasher works great now. I am suspicious as to why this part "broke" in the first place. I took a close look at the old one and it looks fine. Maybe some planned obsolescence, but I can't prove it. Anyway, buy some waterproof silicone and some plumbing tape and put this sorry excuse for a part in to get rid of the error code.

Fit my Frigidairie pld4375rfco well and fixed the dishwasher. I suspect the reviewer who said it did not fit did not push down enough on the install to catch the quarter turn nut. Have your assistant (wife) push down on the unit from the top and you catch the threading from inside the washer.

Installation removed the error code, functioned as designed. Poor design location by Frigidaire...

Works well

Not an exact match, but my model was discontinued. The plugs are different than the old style, but this one comes with a plug and hook and an exact match to the other end into the wiring harness. Very simple install, fit was tight as it should be. Took about 15 minutes to install and works fine.

Fixes ER ou error.

Fixed the ER oU error on my 8 year old Frigidaire dishwasher. Was fairly easy to install (followed You Tube video directions). Disconnecting the water line and pulling the unit out from under the counter was more challenging than changing the part.

Easy to install... quick fix for the problem

Installation of the assembly in my dishwasher took less than 10 min. Great fix that saved me a lot of money for a service technician to come out
