Sharp edges!

Truly love our fireclay Franke sink by Villeroy and Boch, but this rack is not up to the same quality standard. Metal is very heavy gauge(to thick) and all the wire edges are exposed and scratch ones hands and the sink finish.

Plastic sleeves to small

We love the tray but find if you leave anything on it slightly of center the whole tray collapses...the white plastic sleeves seem to be to small...lot of money for a very loose fitting product

Smaller Dimensions Than Stated

I bought it for a different brand of sink but if the dimensions were truly 20 x 17 x 2 inches as stated on the website, It would work. Unfortunately, the dimensions are way overstated. The product I received is 17.5 x 15.75 x 1.25 inches. I have no choice but to return it right away.

Too Small for Sink

Doesn't QUITE fit our sink. Too narrow toward the front (where the half cut out for the drain is) so falls into the sink if anything is placed on it.

Also fits an older Franke PRK-120/160

We have a circa 2006 Franke PRK-120 sink, and the PK-36C bottom grid that's designed for it isn't available. The measurements of this PK21-36S bottom grid rack were very close, so I figured it was worth a try. The fit is a little bit looser at the sides (all around), but nowhere near enough to make a difference. The grid spacing is larger, which means that smaller items don't sit on the grid quit as easily, but that's unrelated to the sink. The first photo shows this PK21-36S in the PRK-120 sink, and the second photo shows the new rack on top of the old rack.
