Product great but Amazon not so much

Every time I order from Amazon where Amazon is the seller, the order gets messed up. This was no exception. The Hanging chain was not included. Amazon has such an incredibly bad business model that rather they just send me the missing item, they want to return and replace the entire item that took 2 weeks to arrive, and took me an hour on hold with Amazon, only to get disconnected from them. The glass is beautiful and my husband got me a chain, hung it and it looks beautiful in my glass window. I have stained glass in all of them to help keep the birds from crashing into the glass.

My favorite design: elegant and beautiful

I purchased 5 of these panes. They are indeed real glass. They are not plastic as I read in one review. I love.the.bright.colors- They are.bright when light shines through them and will maintain their glow over years of sun exposure. I initially.bought 3, but then one was dropped accidently during a move. A fre of the.pieces did.break, but remained intact in the entire structure. This product is obviously well made. I ordered 2 more panes thereafter and am so glad I did.. I love this design and the quality.. it is well worth the money I spent.

Quality with lower cost

I liked the strong color effect. They are hanging in 2 windows, I bought 2, in my Historic Victorian home. After restoring the room it will be used for an Art Studio

A beautiful piece of leaded stained glass art.

This is an absolutely beautiful piece of leaded stained glass art. And it is glass, not plastic as some reviews have claimed. Soooo happy with this purchase. It fits perfectly in my space and will bring years and years of joy.

Pretty and catches light well. I believe the “glass” is some type of plastic. But it really does look beautiful. I’m glad I have it! It would be hard to find a well made true leaded stained glass piece this beautiful for this price.
