Great outlet, but don’t expect the correct color

The outlet works and is easy to install. Even though it is quite thick (almost the depth of a regular metal box) it’s still easy to tuck the wires behind. Unfortunately the outlets I received were mislabeled. I ordered two gray outlets and the boxes had stickers also labeled gray, but the outlet and plate cover in the box were both white. For my application this was okay: I was using these as outside outlets in a completely closed box: no one will ever see them. Using gray was just an OCD preference. If you need a specific color (like for matching your kitchen) order from a different company that takes care to match the color on the label to item in the box.

Quality product, no equal

Eaton is a great name, so I was naturally pleased these worked so effortlessly, and each arrive with excellent instructions should you be a casual electrician. These are all used outdoors with Eaton hoods, couldn't be happier!

Works Great

The previous two made by another company that I purchased at my local Home Depot both failed within a year. They were also weather resistant. Hopefully I'll have better luck with this one.
