Nice socks

Excellent Fit and Warmth. Stays up over the calf

I love these socks! 32 years of hunting experience. I have mostly used the Walmart options and Amazon choice brands before now. I am seriously impressed with the performance difference in these socks. They fit very nicely. Snug but not tight. Warm like you would expect, but breathe nicely. The calf stays up over mid-calf much better than the other brands. It feels thicker and more sturdy. As with most Drake purchases, I expect these to last much longer than similar items of inferior quality.

Socks stay put

These are my favorite socks. I've had many more expensive pairs, but these are the best for me. They are thick for extra cushion in my boots, they stay put all day without fail. They're great under my climbing spurs as well.

Very thick

These are very thick socks. Like twice the thickness of my other medium duty merino wool socks. That’s obviously personal preference but the description says medium. Mine are falling apart after one wear. The white lining inside is showing through all over these socks. Also I question the merino wool content. These don’t feel like any darn tough or smartwool socks I own. Spend just a tad more and get the Paul Bunyan darn tough socks instead.

Finally a quality wool, U.S. made, over the calf socks

I've given up on wool socks manufactured overseas. These socks are made here in the U.S.A. You pay more, but you get better quality, and you support U.S. manufacturing. These are good enough to keep my feet nice and warm. Worth every penny.

First Class Socks

I received a new pair of "Almost" knee high boots, needing socks that would keep my calves from chafing- I saw these & read the reviews. I must say, they are the best knee high socks I've ever owned (at 63 I've worn MANY ) I only wear wool, I highly recommend these for anyone who wants a good thick comfortable sock for boots at a very nice price- fit, top notch- quality of material, top shelf- craftsmanship, Excellent

Wrong colour, wrong pattern

We got a completely different colour and pattern than what was advertised. We ordered light gray / green with no pattern and received a pair with dark green camo and U.S. flags. If this is a joke, we get it, eh.
