Shriver hi potpuno je moderna čizma za potrošače alternativne mode s ekstra zdepastim potplatom koji uzdiže onoga tko ih nosi. Robusna čizma s petom koja daje osjećaj moći. Upute za njegu - Obrišite prljavštinu vlažnom krpom, uvjerite se da su cipele suhe i zatim nanesite Dr. Martens Wonder Balsam pomoću spužvastog aplikatora. Dr. Martens je legenda. Sve je počelo u blizini Münchena u Njemačkoj 1945. godine kada je dr. Klaus Maertens ozlijedio stopalo u nesreći na skijanju u bavarskim Alpama. Kako bi olakšao hodanje tijekom procesa ozdravljenja, dizajnirao je cipelu sa zračnim jastučićem potplata. Koristeći stare gumene gume, konstruirao je potplate u kojima je zrak bio zarobljen unutar zatvorenih odjeljaka. Pokazao je svoj prototip svom prijatelju inženjeru/izumitelju, dr. Herbertu Funcku, i zajedno su odlučili razviti i proizvesti cipele. Ne samo da je cipela riješila liječnikov trenutni problem, već se i počela dobro prodavati u Njemačkoj. Do 1959. njih dvoje su odlučili da im je potrebna tvrtka za proizvodnju i distribuciju cipela, koja se tada zvala Dr. Maertens, u drugim dijelovima svijeta. Isprva su mnogi proizvođači odbacili koncept potplata sa zračnim jastukom kao kratkotrajni trik. Međutim, R. Griggs Group, smještena u selu Wollaston u Engleskoj, odlučila je poći s tom idejom kreiranjem prve radne čizme s revolucionarnim potplatom.

Best fit ever
I wear womans us size 6 c width (med to wide depending on brand), and I have med to high arches. Most full coverage shoes have pressure at the bones on the top of my feet. I purchased size 4 uk/6 us/37eu. Perfect fit-almost felt a little big at first. DAY 1, I wore them to work with seamless socks. Walked approximately 15,000 steps and my feet have not been this painlesss since my last pair of dr martin boots purchased over 25 years ago. I only wear the old ones goofing since they have not been suitable for public wear in years due to 1000's of miles, paint, and other history . These new ones have underpassed comfort when compared to any other shoe I have ever purchase. Unfortunately, they are not as dressy as I would like for work, but happy feet makes me want to trash all my other shoes. I had no blisters, no rubbing or pressure points. Simply fantastic. Not sure why I waited so long to repurchase DMs. Guess I was waiting for a style slightly less unisex. Recommend going down a size for narrower feet and regular size for wider feet. Leather is high quality, thick, and soft-- these shoes might out last the old pair. :)

Boot of My Dreams
Not only are these boots incredibly versatile, I have worn them with everything; they are also incredibly comfortable. I wore them to work, then to run errands and lastly walk my dog and felt wonderful! I will say, they are a little heavy. I didn’t notice while I was wearing them, but as soon as I took them off in the evening after my first long day of use, I noticed my calves were sore as if I had completed a gnarly leg exercise. I personally loved it, but just be warned ???? I do, however, constantly climb up and downstairs at work, so there’s that to consider.

I LOVE these boots!
I have worn these every single day since I got them almost six months ago. It took a couple of weeks and some leather conditioner but they are now the most comfortable boots I have ever had. I really appreciate the heel height. The combo of heel and platform make these look nice and feel stable. I can now see over some people's heads at concerts!

Size up if you are half a size up.
If you wear size 7.5 like me i would go up to a 8 and wear thicker sock. Size 7 was a bit too snug for me and had to return.

Great Ass Kicking Boot
I have been wary of getting doc martens for years now. I have chicken legs and banana feet so i thought these big ass clunky boots wouldn't look good on me. After seeing this Shriver style, i thought dang! i might actually look ok in these! I took everyone's advice and sized a half size down (normally a 6.5 - 7) and ordered a 6. They fit perfectly. I have scuffed them up already but that is expected. Still not sure what all the hubub is about with these boots but so far so good and I am ready to find out.

Obsessed! I grew up with Docs and these are so comfy, sexy, rugged you can dress it up however you want! I will admit they are a little heavy, but you get used to them. Also, I just broke my left foot, full on mid calf cast. These boots are awesome for me in terms of ankle support & comfort! Get you some!

Good quality shoes to last for a long time

Great boot just way too big
Great shoe, really heavy if you haven't ever worn a Dr Martens boot before. Loved the style and the ruggedness. However the sizing was really off. I typically cannot find half sizes so I get 11. But the 11 fit like a 12. Had to return but I plan on buying the 10 once I try it on in store. Great return process - very easy.

Lovely boots
Lovely boots really pleased with them, four was too small slightly so got a five and have some pretty thick insoles in them which actually make them more comfortable and warm.

Size down. Fits huge but amazing shoe.
If you're a true size 7, order a size 6. I wear converse and vans in a ladies US size 7 for reference. I had to return the 7 because they were huge. Size 6 fits perfect. So happy I decided to exchange. Comfy and so stylish. Very happy with my purchase

Wish I bought sooner
Absolutely awesome boots. So incredibly comfortable and just stunning on. I’m a size 8 Canada and these fit large so buy the size 7, still leaves a bit of space for thicker socks. You will love these boots.
