Size down

I’m a 7 in most shoes. 6 in docs and birks. I had to get a 5 in these. The 6s slipped off the backs of my heels. I love them so much but the outside side of the shoe comes up close to my ankle and rubs. It’s stiff doc leather like the other reviewer mentioned. Not sure what to do bc I don’t want to send them back.

Got this as a gift for my daughter, she had requested them. She loves them and says they fit great. They look really cute on her as well.
