Wrinkles when washed

Didn't like how it wrinkled even on delicate and low heat.

These are very absorbent napkins. The detailing of the fringe is nice and the colouring is perfect for autumn. Great for Thanksgiving dinner

Great look for regular days

DII Basic Collection Tabletop, Placemat Set, Black Check 6 I was having some design withdrawals after putting away my christmas set, so I set out for a new set for non-seasonal, everyday use. I wanted something that 1) was EASY to toss in the washing machine (my husband ALWAYS spills food on the placemat, and I'm tired of scrubbing food out of fancy woven mats) and 2) looked good for all seasons, nice enough to have guests over, but not so nice that we can't use it for everyday. These do that! The fabric is thick, and it feels like it will wash nicely. I will report back when I have washed them, my guess is I'll have to hang dry and low iron.

Not good quality

I agree with the others review. I love the color and design but after washing per instructions it’s a wrinkle mess. Even ironing was hard to get all the wrinkles out. The sewing was uneven as well.

Great for the grandkids

I ordered these to use when my grandkids visit. Being that a toddler's mealtime can be messy. The mats look just like the photos, very attractive. I wash in cold then air dry on a clothes hanger. *see below Very absorbent. I ended up using these for dinner with friends as well, they looked amazing with my table decor. I recommend this set for casual dining. * Pro-tips for great-looking placemates wash in cold no fabric softener stretch out the placemat after the wash to return it to a larger size lie or hang flat to dry that's it soft, absorbent, pretty placemats.

Gorgeous!

The DII Basic Collection Tabletop, Placemat Set, Black Check 6 Piece look fabulous with my white plates! I reach for these all the time. They are easy to spot clean. If you need to toss them in the washer make sure you lay them flat to air dry. They will need to be ironed and I don’t like ironing but I like these enough that I will pull the iron out for them. These are the same quality as all DII products and hold uo well to regular use.

Beautiful napkins

Color is great,it is golden. I love the style, all the fringes. It's casual meets elegant. You can dress it up with some gold charger plates or down with just with just some fabric placemats. To me it's versatile. Great value,it came in a set of 6.
