An excellent gift!

My sister loved it; ordered it for her when her cat went missing. Eight days (!) later, while the statue was enroute, her cat found his way safely home - a bit skinnier but unharmed. If anyone can bring solace and protect pets, it is St. Francis.

Disappointed!

This statue was not made right. In some areas the paint was chipped off. The Virgin Mary’s eyes and lip color was not painted on right. She has red marks next to her chin. The angel at the bottom has red lips also I don’t like that. I don’t understand why they would paint red lips on the angel. Also, her skin tone is yellow. It’s kind of upsetting that the seller would even send a piece looking like this with noticeable damage. I definitely returned it already. & my honest opinion I do not recommend this statue. I will keep looking for the perfect one. This one is not it!

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful piece. Almost too beautiful to put outside, but she will still be outside to guard my door! Love it. The paint isn't perfect so you can tell it's hand painted, and that's fine. Would highly recommend this item.

Bloß nicht!

Ich habe 4 Monate auf die Statue gewartet und war so froh, als das Paket endlich da war. Die Freude war allerdings schnell vorbei: Auf der Packung steht "made in China", was aus der Artikelbeschreibung nicht hervorgeht. Und genauso stinkt die Statue auch - als wäre es Billig-Plastik. Hinzu kommt, dass sie an 3 Stellen beschädigt war (s. Fotos: eine Stelle im Gesicht, Hände sahen wie angeknabbert aus und über dem Kopf auch ein großer Kratzer). Die positiven Bewertungen sind mir ein Rätsel?!
