Had this installed in our guest shower. I now tend to use that shower 99% of the time because I love this handheld so much!

Would be excellent if it worked.

Wanted a square rail to match other fittings and this one was perfect in that it looked good and was good quality. Unfortunately, this is the second Kohler rail I've sent back as the shower head holder would not move at all easily up and down the rail thus defeating the purpose of having a rail. Unlike others, I have no problem with a plastic hand shower as it saves your tiles or feet if you drop it. The hand shower certainly looks like metal which is all that matters to me in terms of appearance. Sadly, I can't comment on its functionality as I sent it back unused. I have purchased a Kohler rail with a found tube but square fittings instead. I am tempted to try the Grohe square one though but I don't want to waste more time

Great design and pressure selections

Great design and performance. We just completely Remodeled our bathroom adding a zero entry walkin shower. We installed a 12" rain head, standard shower head and this handheld. While each one has it's advantages this one probably is the most versatile. Great pressure selections even with our less than ideal pressure. Easy to adjust height makes it great to use as a shower head whether at normal height or if you're trying not to get your hair wet lower, then the long 5' hose allows us to use while sitting on our bench. Definitely would recommend it.

Works as advertised

Works well as advertised. I saw some reviews on people thinking it’s too light. It is a little light, but you don’t want a heavy wand to hold in the air for long. Believe me when I say it doesn’t take away from the functionality
