Beautiful, but pull-out is badly designed - I FOUND A FIX!
**UPDATE with FIX** Right after writing this review, I got in touch with Delta, and they sent me another new wand. They really do support their product. Unfortunately, just like last time, it worked great for a while then after a few short months wouldn't seat easily anymore, then finally not at all. I finally decided I was through with the faucet and needed to find a new one. The problem is that this one is the one I wanted and I could not find any others I liked. I saw on this listing that it now said magnetic. I'd hoped that meant they had an upgraded version, but when I called Delta, they said the design hasn't changed since I bought it. (So WARNING, if that matters to you this does not have magnetic docking!!!) They did offer to replace the wand again or give me a discount on a new faucet. However, after spending hours searching and not finding anything I wanted, I became determined to fix this. HOW was it happening? It just didn't make sense. I'd originally thought maybe the plastic was bending, but it really didn't look bent or misshapen in any way. Then I realized that it goes in only as far as the first o-ring and I suddenly wondered if that was the problem. I had kept the original wand that came with it (I don't even know why). I took the o-rings off that one, attached it to the hose, and IT FIT IN PERFECTLY! Popped right into place no problem! All this time, all this fuss, me actually considering spending $$$ on a new faucet and it was a simple o-ring. The only purpose of these o-rings is to make the wand feel tight in the housing, but the wand doesn't hang down like in a pull-down faucet, so it doesn't fall out. It's slightly looser in there, but not in a way that feels like a problem. I was considering finding a flatter o-ring, but I doubt I'll bother. If you want the tight fit, I'd suggest stocking up on the o-rings and changing them out every few months. I'm unreasonably happy that I get to keep this faucet. Attached a picture of the wand with the location of the o-rings. ORIGINAL REVIEW I chose this faucet because I wanted a pull out faucet and it had the right look I wanted for my island sink. I didn't want a high arching faucet and I wanted something a little old fashioned looking and this fit the bill. It is quite lovely. However, the wand was always very difficult to remove and replace and after about a year you couldn't even get it to seat anymore. We called Delta who sent us a replacement. Within a few months that one was acting up, we've hobbled along for another another year and its completely impossible to seat it again, and this is with us forbidding the kids from pulling it out this go round. The fact that it won't seat well means that if you need to use it a lot you tend not to push it all the way back in because it won't go without force, and its hard to do if your hands are wet as well. Then I've noticed that people tend to rest their hand on the top of the faucet a lot and I think because it won't go all the way in it gets leaned on when its only partially seated which bends it more, if it weren't so hard to get back in I'd call that our fault, but since it is it's just going to happen. If you will only pull it out rarely its probably fine to purchase this, but if you have a full house and use the kitchen a lot and need the spray feature then this faucet is not a good option. I wish I'd had somewhere to try it out before buying it because I never would have. I'm trying to contact Delta right now to see if they'll replace it again. I really need to spend some time researching and just find a new faucet, because I know a new one is only a temporary fix at this point.

Beautiful except.....
The fact that it doesn't come with the plate and the plate is an additional $80 and still hasn't arrived in 1.5 weeks from the time I received this is a bit frustrating. It is a beautiful faucet. I had to have it installed without the plate since we need it now. Just know that it is going to cost you $80 extra and buy the plate when you buy the faucet because no one seems to tell you that.

Love the look !
This solved several problems that we had with the old faucet. It's about 10" tall so our plantation shutters don't hit it like they did the old one. The handle operation has much more resolution than the old one, so you can get cool, lukewarm, warm, warmer or hot water and keep that setting while adjusting the flow. Up and down controls temp, side to side adjusts flow. The handle operation alone is worth the price of admission! Also $60 less than Iowes.

Beautiful, although High Priced
Probably my fault --but the final cost I was charged I am pretty sure was (quite a bit) higher that when I put in cart. I was buying many things online and I know that when I found this particular one it was less expensive than the other 2 (from other places) that I'd found. My account is linked to my Amazon card, I didnt look at the final cart price. It was all of a sudden that I needed NOW, so I finalized my cart in a hurry (I know..I dont EVER do that--but quarantine has you do things you typically wouldn't) It wasnt until after install that I went to print out receipt for our remodel records--I thought, 'I'd never spend that much on a faucet'...Besides cost-- I do love the faucet though. The sprayer works well, it retracts easily and the control is easy to use. It is a beautiful facet and looks great with my farmhouse sink

Nice Faucet
This is lovely, and in my kitchen the appropriate size. I love the style and the finish, and it's easy to install. I'm a girl who figured this out by herself. In fact, taking the old faucet out was way harder than the install of this new one. I give 4 stars for ease of install and beauty, but I do feel the price is high for the quality. I know these things are never inexpensive, but it's a little steep in my opinion. Also, the pull out function is really tough, and I'm hoping with use it will become easier to pull out and re-dock into the faucet head.

Amazing, Beautiful, Functional!
This faucet is awesome! I adore it! Such elaborate styling. It's not industrial or a high arc. We had a high arc faucet for 6 months at our previous house. I gave that faucet a one star review because I can't give negative star reviews and couldn't control the temperature, and it soaked my whole galley kitchen. With this faucet, you can move the water control arm to the desired temperature, before you turn it on. OMG! Logic! I can easily get tap cold, or luke warm, or yeast warm, or dish water hot and even scalding hot. And it's only been installed for 3 days. If you select spray and shut off the water, when you turn it on again, you have spray! Logic!!The button for stream or spray is where your finger naturally rests. Logic!!! I would like to warn people with tiny sinks or kitchens: this thing is huge! 10" high and it reaches 10" out. Measure your sink. It could easily be too much faucet for you. The high arc faucet we had splattered every where, because the spout ended far above the level of the countertop. The spout on this faucet looks very high, but isn't. It only splattered when I was washing my biggest bowl, 20" circumference, and I lifted the entire bowl accidentally out of the sink. I'd buy another one in a heartbeat. Husband did not complain about installing it.
