Product appearance does not match the image on Amazon website

We ordered 3 sets of this Delta Faucet Ashlyn Widespread Bathroom Faucet 3 Hole (Matte Black Bathroom Faucet Black). They arrived on time in good shape. The contractor who is doing our bathroom renovation has installed all the 3 faucets. They look beautiful. However, I noticed the products we received do not have brand name of "DELTA" on the faucet as shown on the product in the website. I am wondering if we have received the right product! Why does the appearance of the product not match the image as shown on Amazon website? I have included a picture of the product we just installed.

Beautiful faucet.

Needed a faucet with a lower profile for new basement bathroom, tight spacing with pedestal sink, mirror and light fixture. Hard to find anything that had any style so this was perfect. Like too how it extends further in to sink, reduces water splash on sink. Installed by contractor so cannot comment on ease of installation. Seemed a little pricey but it fits and has some style versus the other options I was able to find.

Solid 3 hole bath faucet

The faucet was easy to install and we love the push button stopper. I would give it 5 stars but like all faucets the flow drops very near the back of the sink bowl. For three hole sinks the manufacturer must extend the drop point to fit hands better under the flow. Overall this is a great faucet. Just expect to reach to the back of the sink to wash your hands.

High quality

I’m purchased this product for my bathroom renovation. The product is heavy duty and operationally smooth. It looks great. It in enhances the appearance and feel of the bathroom. My only criticism of the product is that it is quite expensive. You have to pay for what you get sometimes. This was one of those times. I would buy it again.

Very nice but missing one set of covers

Hey! We bought 2 boxed and only one had the little plastic hole covers for hot and cold. Is it possible to get mailed the little covers?

Missing part

I love the look of this faucet, but it wasn’t easy to install, and after getting the hot and cold handles on and we went to put the water faucet on, we realized it was missing the threaded anchor shank, which was supposed to be part of the faucet. As a result, we were not able to install the water faucet. In speaking with a Delta rep, we learned that it’s not a piece we can be sent in the mail to put in ourselves and a whole new faucet would need to be ordered. Very disappointed as this was the finishing touch to a long bathroom remodeling project.

Did not fit.

Beautiful set, but when plumber arrived at our home, he found the middle faucet piece did not fit into our sink’s central tap hole. We had to run out to HD and get a set from a different company that fit. So suggest before you purchase, you may wish to measure the tap holes in your sink, then contact this company and see if this will fit. The plumber felt that in trying to make this set able to be installed from above, they made the central piece too big to fit our central tap hole? I am giving it higher marks bec return process from Amazon was fast, easy, and convenient, I just went online, got ticket, and brought set back to a nearby Kohl’s. .

Two Stars because we don't hate it, just dislike it

After completing the Delta installations I get an email from Delta Faucets to evaluate their products. When I click on the link provided it redirects me to their home page with no links to any review portals. Guess Facebook and Amazon are my only options First Two Handle Widespread Lavatory Faucet - Metal Pop-Up: We really like Kohler and now we understand even more why. The Delta design is clumsy. It was not evident on-line but when the handles reside next to the faucet they are disproportionate in size. Installation was strait forward and the instructions were easy to follow. I would not caulk under the flange in step 6C until the threads have been started into the body in the same step 6C. We purchased two sets. After installing the second set the hot valve did not operate properly. When turned to full off it did not shut off the flow entirely. Moving it back slightly towards “on” solved the immediate problem. I called customer service and the rep sent two hot water valves (not the entire hot water supply assembly) even though I had a problem with only one. Evidently she knew I would need the second. The valves arrived as promised but there were no instructions included so I called customer service again. The rep said he would send a pdf of the instructions. I received the pdf promply but it was an exact copy of the installation instructions, form 77310, -useless for repair purposes. A third call to customer service provided less than technical information: “use some slip-jaw pliers”. The correct answer would be “use a 1-1/16 inch box end wrench after turning off the water”. Delta will not be considered in any future acquisitions. We really like Kohler.
