Nice looking shoe, size is way big

I ordered these and they look nice. However I ordered a little kid size 3 and it's way too big. I reordered in a size 2. Not sure if the pair I got was marked wrong size. I only have 2 weeks left before I need them, so thank God for Amazon and quick shipping. Hopefully the next pair fits correctly.
