Warm, lightweight booti

I bought my first pair probably 3 years ago from the Dearfoam site. I wanted slippers in a bootie style so my ankles would be covered, snug enough to allow me to wear with or without socks, and lightweight enough to putter around the house. Dearfoam website doesn't carry this style anymore but a chance search on Amazon and here I am giving a review. I normally wear shoe sizes 8-8.5 and for these booties I got the medium (7-8). Check the sizing charts as these do not come in half sizes. I gave 3 stars for support as these are basic snuggly booties perfect for puttering around the house. I'm looking forward to wearing my new replacement booties this winter.

Slippers

I got a size larger to make sure they would fit and they did. I don't like the memory foam in the sole. I would rather have cotton fill or other that would make walking better. I like that they are warm/easy to get on/keep my socks clean and are comfortable. Glad I got them. Happiness....

Same size as before, but fit is too small. No, my feet did not grow.

Runs Small, received 2 right foot!

I like them, but I wear a size 7 shoe and these are very tight! Also, they fit weird because I received 2 right foot slippers. Not going to bother to return though. I wonder if the plain ones run better? I used to buy this brand at Kohls all the time, and they always had enough room for socks..these don’t.

You get what you pay for...

I bought these slippers because my feet are always cold, even with slipper socks, and my "regular" slippers have rubber soles, making them useless when I want to put my feet up. I needed a warm slipper without any kind of "outdoor" sole that I could add on top of my slipper socks to give me even more warmth- while I have my feet on the couch. These slippers fit the bill perfectly. They are meant to be "XL", fitting sizes 11-12, and I wear a size 11 shoe. They just fit, snugly, when I have on my thick slipper socks. If you wear a larger shoe size than I do, I don't think you'd be able to wear a sock inside this slipper at all. The "quilting" is not any sort of actual quilting, just holes punched into the top layer of fabric to give a quilted appearance. I do like that the nylon seems to be stain-resistant. They aren't the best slippers, but they were inexpensive, and serve their purpose, which is all I can ask. If you are truly looking for a warm and comfy slipper-type shoe, I would not choose these, but if you just need another "foot layer" for your cold toes, these will be ideal.

Doesn't hold up

These slippers are both comfortable and warm. They were a little snug, but not too bad. However, they just didn't hold up at all. The very first time I washed them (and I checked to make sure they were washable) the sole separated from the upper in several places. In addition, thought I've only worn them outside the house as far as my garage, one sole already has a hole, and I've only owned them for about 4 months. So, I suppose if you treat them like socks, they will keep your feet warm, and they are very cushy, just not sturdy.

Toasty warm

I had these as a kid and have never been satisfied with any other style of house slippers I've had since. We keep our thermostat low, so these were the perfect addition to my work from home wardrobe of T shirts and shorts.

comfy and washes well

Don't you hate it when you buy slippers and they fit great until you wash them and they get all lumpy and they make your feet hurt? these DON'T do that!! Washed them twice and they still are warm and comfy!

Very Comfy

I bought these because the soles on my previous pair (from a different brand) started to disintegrate. These ones are nice and comfy and the soles look like they'll last years. Note: I take a size 7 shoe and this pair were for shoe size 7-8 and fit snugly. For women with size 8 shoes I would suggest buying these slippers at a size larger.

She loves it!

Bought as a Christmas present for my wife. The size is great, and she says it's the first time her feet have been warm this winter! Kudos to the manufacturor! (And she loves the fact that it's washable!)

Slippers are okay but make a crinkly sound

These Slippers are okay but make a crinkly sound. Also they haven't stayed fluffy on the inside.
