This does not fit a claw foot tub

If you look at the pictures and read the general description, you are led to believe this kit will encompass the entirety of the tub. It does not. It is also paired with a shower liner and curtain that will encompass the entirety of the tub. Clearly the curtain and liner are useless now as well. I would not recommend this product as it is not useful for the claw foot tub.

China No Comprendo I.D. vs. O.D.

China doesn't understand I.D vs. O.D. in order to get these pieces to fit one must have a way to sand/grind/polish away approximately 0.02 of pipe in order to get the main pipe fitting to connect. I used a belt sander (lightly). the wall mounts are flimsy and few in number. Plan on creating additional mounting brackets. I choose this kit based on price as I was preplanning to be ready for fabricating additional parts (I guessed correctly). Be imaginative when you get your kit as you will most likely need additional parts and have some of the kit parts extra. Install time for 2 of us was about 3 hours.

Don’t do it.

Do not buy this product. It’s a complete waste of your money even at the low price. The printed part list doesn’t match what’s in the box, what’s drawn on the instructions doesn’t match the shape of what’s actually possible to assemble, and that’s even assuming you can assemble at all considering but some of the pieces don’t even fit together properly. I’ve managed to find a total of three pieces in this kit that were actually useful for me, and I could’ve bought those separately at Home Depot for a fraction of the price. This whole kit is an absolute joke.

Much shorter than a standard claw foot tub and flimsy.

Installed this today. Generally disappointed. First of, it is as wide as the tub but only 2/3s as long. Very light weight and Flimsy. I had to add Gorilla glue to keep it together. Set screws also strip easily. I don’t recommend this product for the price.

I buy these because im a plumber and people don't want to spend $800 or more on a claw foot tub faucet but these things really are junk. the shower neck has a terrible pitch backwards, it's just cheap plastic junk. I guess you get what you pay for.

No spare parts available

Be aware if you buy this product that there are lots of parts and some are not available. If one breaks you need to buy the entire kit. The shower rod holder broke and even direct calls to the company could get no results. The obviously must have the parts, but refuse to sell them.
