Did not fit in my Kohler toilet

Nice product but wrong configuration for the particular model of Kohler toilet that I have. I returned this unit and I purchased the 78423 VF polished brass replacement unit at Amazon . This latter unit worked fine. The nearly 90 degree bend in the trip lever rod was necessary to clear the flush valve and to not strike the concave shape of the front of my toilet. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00L5GYS06/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Broke After Nine Months

Not many choices exist for a reasonably priced front mount gold handle. The trim around our shower door is gold so absent a pricey remodel, we are stuck with gold. This handle looks nice, was reasonably easy to install but the plastic part that attaches to the chain on the rubber flapper broke off the inside of the handle after eight months of use in the non-primary bathroom. But, since there are no other options that I’ve found, I’ve ordered another one and hopefully it will last longer.

Universal fit and EASY installation

The price is amazing for this item. It looks just like the original that we had and was much less expensive. It was a very fast and easy one-person installation and there have been absolutely no issues at all. It's been in a couple of months now and we have no complaints at all. The handle works exactly as intended. Highly recommend this product!

Worked perfectly for my Kohler Wellworth toilet

Only thing that would have made it better is if the arm was metal, instead of plastic. Cost was right, though.

Plastic breaks

I will not buy these any more because the white plastic arm breaks after a few months from the metal mount. I will buy all metal products that ARE available.
