Danco hasn't disappointed me to date with replacement parts. This is half the price of the original Pfister and I can't tell the difference side by side. Replaced in no time at all and it works well.

Danco product is garbage, so is Danco's support!!
Had the cartridge installed since January 2023, and in March the cold water tap started to get hard to turn on and off. This progressively got worse and then the faucet would drip when in the off position. I had followed Amazon's link to Danco's website for support, as it was now 2 months past the Amazon return window. I have sent 2 emails to Danco, with absolutely no response from them. I finally ordered another vendors product and removed the Danco cartridge. When I took the faucet retaining nut off of the cartridge, as you can see in the picture, the cartridge was in pieces, instead of one complete cartridge. I still had the Danco packaging as I kept it in fear of this happening. I tried to give Danco the benefit on not responding to the email and I was going to call them, but under the "Contact Us" tab on their website, there isn't a phone number to be found, just the same email address that they don't answer to. Why don't they list a phone number, because their product is such garbage that they don't want consumers to be able to get ahold of them. I don't know why Amazon allows this type of seller. In the past year, even Amazon is going down hill in service. I think it is better to go back to buying from actual stores, at least they will warranty the product past the 30 days that Amazon gives you. Save your money and don't buy Danco junk!!
