Nice looking, easily adjustable, but faux leather strap in back

Before getting this cap I was already wearing a cap with an outer layer that was almost 100% wool. That cap definitely kept my head - twice as thick as this cap and would definitely not recommend it for summer. This cap is 40% wool and thinner. Probably wouldn't wear this in July, but I can see wearing this in warmer months that I wouldn't wear my other cap. If you have a keen eye for detail you will see a difference in the quality between this an a cap with more wool content. The polyester just gives the cap a more faux smooth surface. Keep in mind this is very slight. If you're not looking for it you won't notice and most people aren't going to care at all. One thing I did like about this cap vs. my old one is that this one makes it easier to change the size. You unsnap the band and then adjust the buckle and then snap back into place. It was definitely easier to adjust for me. One negative, however - that band in the back is faux and not real leather. My other cap that's wool has real leather and it definitely makes it look nicer, gives it an old school vibe I just prefer. I like this cap and I think it's more practical than my other cap for warmer months. However, the lack of a real leather band in the back causes me to hesitate a little. Giving this four stars regardless. But if I were buying someone a cap like this as a gift I personally would find one with real leather.

Not bad

This is a pretty classic style hat. I got the gray one because that's my favorite color. I didn't know what to expect when I saw this hat online as hats that are wool can sometimes be a little bit on the thicker side and can be better for fall/winter. This one definitely is on the thin side as far as the fabric goes. Inside the front of the hat is something I haven't seen before - it's like a felt piece of fabric that sits in the front of the hat to help it keep some shape. I guess I like that it comes out so it is easier to wash. The hat is adjustable with a strap in the back that is black and appears to be like leather but feels a little waxy so I am not sure what material it is. There's a little hole in the back of the hat so any excess length of the strap that is not used can be nicely tucked into the hat so it looks nice. Overall it is a nice looking hat and I am pleased with it. I can't really find any faults with it. I would just say be aware of the thin material so you know what you are getting if you're expecting it to keep you warmer in colder climates.

Good Quality, Nice and Neutral

My husband has never been a bit hat/hair person, but COVID has changed quite a bit. Like many others, he's opted for fewer haircuts. His job gave him a hat, and he just started wearing it. All the time. Every day. Y'all, hats get gross after a while. It became quickly apparent that he would need an alternate so that I could actually wash the other. This was a similar color and profile as his "work" hat, so I ordered it. This is a nice hat. What I like? It's got the slide closure in the back vs the cheap plastic tabs/holes. It's also neutral. There's no message screaming across it, meaning he can wear it to work without worrying about offending his colleagues/customers. The fabric has a good feel, and seems as if it will wear very well. This does seem to be a bit expensive, hence only 4 stars vs 5.

Quality Control at its Best

I like it when a hat is well made and has used quality materials that make it a stand out piece. And of course the quality control that insures a excellent product is sent out. All the pieces and parts of this ball cap just flow together with straight lines and consistent colors. The bill can be arranged as I want and it was easy to do so. The sliding buckle is made of a single strip of leather and the cap itself is a type of wool. It’s a excellent example of a ball cap and how one should look and fit. I found no manufacturing errors or threads to be snipped anywhere on the cap. I’ll be wearing it often. Four Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

Nice and plain

My son likes baseball caps, but not logos or branding. This grey cap fits as expected and has a neutral looks that accessorizes an outfit instead of calling attention to itself. The leather band in the back has a small “scissor” icon on it, not sure what that's about but I hope people don’t think they should cut there! One star off is for the brim. The cap we got has a much flatter brim than it looks on the website. No major problem, my son says he can ease it into the shape he likes over time.

Pretty basic hat

It's a basic blue denim hat with a dark brown adjustable strap on the back. The brim isn't exactly a "flat" brim but not the traditional curved either, you could bend it if you want but not flatten it if you want the more modern ultra flat bill type. This isn't the trucker style it does have a solid backing. Slandered sized and depth. Emblem on the front is good sized and has nice detailing. Nothing overly interesting but if you are a hat collector it is nice.
