Comfort

I wore these every day on vacation in Puerto Rico. I wore them to the beach and walking around town. They are very comfortable and supportive. I also think they are stylish. They looked good with every outfit I wore.

Everything has changed, and not in a good way

I've been purchasing the Baya almost every year since 2015 and they're fantastic. Until now. 1st pic is from my last purchase last year. 2nd is the new pair. Unforgiveable differences: 1. footbed is much more narrow. feels unstable and the outer edge of my foot hangs over. 2. the thong portion now sits much more forward on the foot making it feel like it's going to fall off. found that I have to clutch my toes to make it feel secure. 3. the thong portion has much less depth so it feels way too tight on top of the foot. I have a higher instep and I had to force my foot forward to fit. this has NEVER been an issue before. 4. The between-the-toes part is now a plug, like a cheap beach flip-flop. No longer single construction.5. the material has changed. the new pair is way too hard and has no flexibility. 6. finally, the raised bumps are WAY too raised. 15 mins of wear around the house and the bottom of my foot was rubbed raw. In summary, crocs seems to have folded to the masses. "Style" over comfort. Cheap materials for a cheaper price. No consideration for their core customers.

The Ultimate Flip Flop

In Florida we don't wear long pants and we don't wear shoes LOL. These are thick-soled and sturdy and will prevent toe stubbing and other unfortunate things that happed with sandals. One warning: due to these features they have a break in period during which they gave me a few blisters. All good now!

Sculpted well so that you don’t have that dreaded slapping sound and the thong part doesn’t rub your toes.

Overpriced and lower quality

This is my 3rd pair over the years .these have gone up in price and quality has gone down the toe piece used to be molded into the sandal now the toe part can come through the bottom making it weaker
