Best for Industrial Kitchens

I've been cooking professionally for over a decade and have used these shoes for over half that time. These things are great for a lot of reasons but the main reason is cleanliness. I like to find a high pressure hose at the end of my day and just spray the whole shoe clean, inside and out. Give them a quick wipe and they look good as new, not to mention the benefits of cleaning the inside of the shoe. These things hold up against the heat impressively well. I've had 350 degree fryer oil right out of the drain valve spilled on my entire foot, the shoe held up but it got inside over the top. Being a clog style shoe i was able to quickly remove the shoe, dump out the grease inside, spray it out and it was unaffected. The none slip sole is the expected pattern for a non slip shoe and works as it should. The material forms to your foot over time making the shoe a nice fit specifically for your foot and the bouncy rubber absorbs the impact of hard kitchen floors against your feet. i've had these shoes last a couple years but that was really too long, i like to get a new pair once a year to keep them fresh. Downsides to these shoes is they don't breathe at all being all rubber and when your feet sweat nothing gets absorbed by the shoe. I wear wool stocks made for hot conditions to help wick the moisture and that helps for me. If you live in a place where it snows you should use a different shoe for commuting as the heel is exposed and snow makes its way into the back easily. Give them a try if you work in a commercial kitchen, for the price they are a great option.

Hate the outsole

What I like about these Crocs is that they don't have holes all of the place. Most of the time I don't want holes on the top or sides of my footwear. They're comfortable but I dislike the outsole. It collects dirt, gravel and whatever else I walk over. I can see how they might be good for some situations, and they may wear down less quickly than the regular Crocs outsole -which don't last long- but I don't like this outsole. Unfortunately I have two pair with this type of sole. One of the photos shoes the sole with some gravel stuck to it. The other photo shows this Croc without holes and a brown pair of winter Crocs, without holes that I've had over 10 years and wish they still made them, plus another type with holes on the top only.

I was just testing to see if I liked them

Well I like that there non-slip obviously! But I just don't like that water can get in them so easily, Because when there's a hose spraying at your feet your feet get drenched, and your socks get soaked, Idk I just don't like that part. Also one more thing whenever you're buying these crocs I noticed that you have to buy one Size smaller than your actual foot size. I'm still going to give this product 5 stars, because it does its job and is a good product, its just not for me.

Crocs, but for work!

As usual, these Crocs are comfy, durable, and just plain swag. My only complaint would be the "non-slip" treads underneath completely lose their non-slippiness after a day of work. I work in a deli and I noticed the spaces between the tread patterns are so small and narrow that meat and cheese bits can gunk them up pretty easy and I lose the non-slip feature in my first hour of work. They're also pretty hard to clean, even with my home's garden hose. Otherwise, this is my favorite work shoe I've ever had.

Be advised

I love these crocs. However I had to return the first pair I bought and had to take the size above my normal shoe size. I have broad feet so the first pair fitted too tightly across the front. But the replacement - the size above since they do not come in half sizes - fits well, not too loosely since during the winter with thick socks you need space. But even without the socks during the summer they are very comfortable.

I LOVE MY CROCS!!!

I LOVE MY CROCS BECAUSE THEY HELP TO SUPPORT MY FLAT FEET. I HAD TO GET A SIZE LARGER BECAUSE I WEAR SOCKS. I PUT A LITTLE SPARKLE ON THESE CROCS SO I WEAR THEM TO CHURCH! THESE CROCS ARE ALL THAT AND A BAG OF CHIPS! HIP HIP HURRAY!!!

As advertised

The slip resistant works great. They do run a little big. I wear 11 1/2. Ordered 12, but had to exchange for different size. I got these in 10. I have flat feet, also need them snug for work. If I didn't need snug, 11 would have been fine, if I didn't have flat feet, they would be loose and may have even fit in 9. If u do have flat feet, don't get too small as plastic piece holding strap, will dig into arches if too small.

Great go to shoe for around the house

Love crocs as they slide on easy, are easy to clean, and last forever. I keep them by the door to slip on when I go outside. Great for working around water, or doing yard work. I've been purchasing for years. Great for use with messy jobs like painting as you can hose fresh spills off the shoes. They are also comfortable to wear.

A little snug

These are great shoes, they are just a little more snug than I'd like. They aren't so uncomfortable that I had to return them for a bigger size, but when I take them off I do feel a less pressure compared to my other shoes. I wear these in a bakery, and let me tell you no amount of nonslip will save you from a patch of flour on the ground. Other than that they work

True to size

Would 100% recommend these for working in a kitchen. I have purchased 3 pairs over the years. They last. Comfortable and no holes at the sides to allow any liquid spilt. Less slippy than other crocs

Crocs are wonderful

Have bought crocs since the day they first came into being. This time they are slightly on the large size. I found it difficult to order the same size as we had had before because the sizing combinations seem to have changed. Having said that though, we will keep them because we find them so useful and comfortable.

Far too large. Ordered women’s size 8 and got a men’s size 12!
